Fischküche Laboe — Restaurant in Probstei

A good stop to go to after reaching to Laboe via Ferry. This restaurant ambience is awesome, the staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They are also multi lingual, therefore you would not need to worry if you are bad in German. The food is also very delicious and the portions are quite big.

The restaurant is slightly different than many. We were seated, and the process was we browse through the menu and once decided, we go to place our order, pay and then the food will be delivered to our table. Although I have never experience such a method, I still feel it is awesome. The staffs were and seriously helpful all the way from the moment you step in till you leave.

The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor. The indoor is uniquely decorated and the outdoor is awesome to feel the wonderful sea breeze or if you are a smoker.

We have eaten here several times in the last years. The restaurant is located right next to the harbor, right where the action is.

A beautiful location on the harbour, with very friendly, quick and helpful service. The food was simply fantastic; simple, but done perfectly. Not at all expensive and excellent value. My one regret was that due to the system where you pay at the beginning, I got a bit flustered and confused at the end and wasn't able to leave a tip!
