Isartaler Brauhaus — Restaurant in Pullach im Isartal

Our dinner started great- beautiful restaurant, waiter was fast and friendly, beer and appetizer were good. For dinner, my husband ordered a hamburger (delicious!), and I got the meatballs with potato salad. The salad was great, but the meatballs were very, very salty. I asked the waiter if they could be made again, and he became unprofessional. He began making "no" motions with his hands, and with increasing volume, repeatedly stated that it "Wasn't possible" for the meat to be too salty because HE thought they tasted perfect when he tried them previously. I stated that the meatballs were inedible, and I would like new ones made. Very loudly and using wild gestures, the waiter again insisted the food was perfect. I have no idea why he thought his previous meal would have any bearing on my plate of food. There were only 2 other occupied tables. The waiter came to both of them multiple times afterwards, but wouldn't come back to us. We would have ordered more beer. When we paid, he made a point to tell me again that the food was delicious and suited his tastes perfectly, and I was wrong. He was also annoyed that I didnt want the salty food wrapped up for takeaway. He was clearly putting on a show, making exaggerated facial expressions and hand gestures. Will not...

I ordered steak in this restaurant and asked which part of the beef is it as I am not a fan of brisket if it is! The waiter did not know English well but he convinced me that they just use the best part of fillet for their stakes, I also emphasised about cooking style which must be medium. Apart from the fact that they served my food very late while the restaurant was almost not crowded, the stake was from brisket and low quality beef, entirely cooked and when I complained to the waiter he rudely tried to re-convince me about their food! I go to Pullach from time to time to visit friends but will definitely not go to this restaurant anymore and do not recommend...

Service katastrophal Nach einem Besuch im Pullacher Schwimmbad beschlossen meine Frau und ich am Freitag um 19 Uhr in das Isartaler Brauhaus zu gehen. Wir waren früher öfter dort. Der Weg war kurz, der Durst groß. Der optische Eindruck war vielversprechend. Die Tische draußen gut besetzt, ein Spielplatz daneben für unsere Tochter. Perfekt für den Start ins Wochenende. Die Karte wurde von einer Dame nach fünf Minuten gebracht. Nach zehn Minuten sprach ich den Herren vom Service an, ob ich auch bei ihm bestellen könnte, da ich die Dame nicht sah. Die Antwort: „Nein“. Wir lachten beide über den gelungenen Scherz. Ich bestelle eine Weißbierhalbe und für meine Frau eine Apfelsaftschorle. Auch das Essen bestellte ich gleich mit. Meine Frau und meine Tochter gingen zum Spielplatz, in der Erwartung, dass die Getränke schnell kämen. Die Dame kam kurz darauf vorbei, ich erklärte ihr, dass ich beim Kollegen bestellt hätte. Es passierte: Nichts. Nach 20 Minuten ging ich das Wirtshaus hinein, holte mir den Merkur, sprach mit der Bedienung, in der Hoffnung, dass es Klick macht, wenn sie mich sieht und wir unsere Getränke bekämen. Nach 25 Minuten war ich mit der Zeitung fertig, sprach den Herren an auf meine Getränke. Antwort: ja, mach ich schnell. Um 19.36 beendete ich meinen Versuch, in diesem Wirtshaus meinen Durst zu stillen. Ich stornierte bei der Bedienung alle Bestellungen, sie nahm das ungerührt hin. Wer Wert legt auf Servicekultur und als Gast behandelt werden möchte und nicht als Bittsteller, ist an diesem Ort falsch. Wir gehen viel aus in Gastwirtschaften im Münchner Süden und im Umland. Bairisch, Italienisch, Asiatisch…. Von Günstig bis Teuer. So einen „Service“ habe ich seit Jahren nicht mehr erlebt. Daher meine Reaktion, die ich so seit 20 Jahren nicht mehr durchgezogen hatte.
