Standard BK service was super super super slow, don’t know if was just a rush hour thing, under staffed thing, new employees thing, but there was like 15 orders in waiting and took about 10 minutes before the orders started rolling. All the orders came out as ordered and the food was warm. The fries were kind of cold for how many orders were rolling out. The new peppercorn sandwich was tasty and king select burger was good. Not sure what Burger King is thinking on the nacho cheese burger with nacho cheese and chips. I’ll go again for sure.

Hallo Ich war gerade mit meiner Freundin bei euch im Burger King normalerweise gehen wir immer in Neustadt oder in Kaiserslautern den Kaiserslautern ist direkt um die Ecke. Aber in Kaiserslautern habe ich noch nie das bekommen was ich bestellt habe. Und so ähnlich war es auch in Neustadt immer ohne Eis obwohl mit Eis bestellt war das Getränk oder Zwiebeln obwohl ohne bestellt war absolute Katastrophe und die Burger sind immer aus als hätte man gerade noch drauf gesessen. Aber den Burger den wir heute gegessen haben wir haben zwei wobber gehabt ohne Zwiebeln einmal mit extra Käse und und und und und und der Burger war besser als ein Burger bei kullman's und auch besser als die Burger die ich letzte Woche selbst gemacht habe also der war richtig gut. Unsere Bestellung war die 623 wer war der zubereiter das war wirklich erste Klasse. Das bin ich von einem Burger King so nicht gewöhnt. Könnt ihr auch gerne mal weitergeben an die anderen Filialen. Auch die Pommes waren sehr gut aber der Burger hat mich extrem umgehauen. Wegen den schlechten Punkten das Ambiente mir würde es sehr gut gefallen wenn es einen 50er Jahre Stil Burger King gebe deshalb habe ich null Punkte gegeben bei dem Ambiente das ist eine absolute Katastrophe wenn ich ein amerikanisches kulinarisches restaurantbesuche will ich auch ein amerikanisches Feeling haben. 😂

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went to this burger king drive thru last night. As we came home, I was too busy to eat so I skipped dinner but ate it in the morning. I dont know how much napkin I ate already but I found some in my burger what I first thought was lettuce until I took a carefully look and pulled out the napkin. I'm not sure if they're just targeting random customers or Americans but I was not happy after finding the napkin.

So I've been through here a few times and it's been ok, better then the BK on post. But today was horrible. I am very clear in my order and always make sure they speak English before I start... If not my son will order in German. I asked for a Whopper no pickles fries and a coke along with 6 count chicken nuggets with fries and a fanta... Simple right? Get to the front hands me my order and the fanta... I wait he looks at me and I say I'm waiting for my coke... He tells me rudely I didn't order one, I said yes I did, repeated my order he said well next time say that... Again I did whatever, pay the extra pull out open my burger to a mouthful of pickles... I despise pickles turn around go inside ... Ask same guy for a burger without pickles again he rudely asked if that's what I wanted... Well ya that's why I turned around came inside and brought you the burger you messed up because again you didn't bother to listen... Then on top of all that I find a nice blonde hair in my fries 🤢 Won't be...

the manager of this restaurant is absolutely execrable! Taking our order was a real nightmare, he started shouting in front of the other customers and couldn't advise us on our menu. moreover we were able to see that these work colleagues were terrorized, because when he went to DRIVE they started to smile and communicate normally with us, whereas just before they were frozen like silent statutes of fear. we couldn't finish our meal because the atmosphere was so anti-family. more seriously, this person should no longer work there because you have no sense of communication and are harmful to the image...

It’s been years since I’ve been at a Burger King. Apparently I had forgotten the deception. The burgers on the menu to be good size tasty with several condiments, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. the burger I received, however, was tiny compared to the picture and completely hidden by the bun,,unflavorful, with a few condiments and shameful.
