McDonald’s — Restaurant in Ramstein-Miesenbach

This McDonald's is impressively terrible.

If you come here, you're guaranteed to have the slowest service McDonald's has to offer delivered to you from an employee who is either rude or incompetent, or probably both. Your order is also almost certainly incomplete if you're unfortunate enough to find yourself using the drive-thru.

This has been my experience from several visits, but never so bad that I wouldn't come back when I needed fast food on the way home. Tonight's adventure was much different, though.

Pulling into the drive-thru, was deceptively easy. I hit the order thing after a short wait behind the car in front of me. My order: Big Mac Meal 20-piece Nugget Meal with Chili Sauce Chili Chicken Wrap (I don't recommend this BTW) CURLY FRIES At this point, I should mention that I was excited to get two promotional coke glasses, which come free with the meal.

Then it all went downhill. The service was so slow that the line stopped. It took forever to get to window 1. I pay and sit there with employee 1, who delivered the standard "welcome to McDonald's, what would you like?" She repeated herself twice, then said "Hellooooooo" in the rudest tone. I thought the customer had left, but then she took their order. Maybe you think I'm being a little too Karen here, but she was visibly mocking one customer in front of another. Classy. I wonder what she did behind my back.

But wait, it gets worse. It took another forever to get through two cars ahead of me, then even longer to get my food out. So long, in fact that I got the dreaded...please pull forward. Finally she brings one bag out and runs away, I assume to get the glasses. Of course she didn't come back out. Frustrated, after a long day working for the man, having a hungry wife at home, I gave up on the glasses and drove off. How delightful it was to find curly fry-less sauce and sauce-less nuggets. Am I nit-picking here, maybe. But I certainly didn't pay for fries to not get my curly fries and I asked about three times for the chili sauce.

This place is an absolute dumpster fire. It would be fun to watch a reality TV show filmed in here, but that's it....

This branch is the worst McDonald shop I have seen. I specifically took out mustard from my order and went in to warn them that my daughter has allergy to it so they should watch out. I still got mustard in my order. I ordered a hamburger and took out pickles from my order because I don’t like it and was surprised to get cheese in my hamburger and still got pickles. This is not the first, second or third time this is happening, last time it happened I drove back to speak with a manager. Unfortunately I was heading down to Ktown last night and was already on the highway when I say the rubbish they gave me as food so I couldn’t head back. I will document my order and my food when next I go there and if I get a wrong order, I will sue the hell out of them as advised by my daughter’s doctor when she had a reaction after mistaking eating the mustard before I checked last time. They are playing with people’s life and they just don’t care… worst still was that a manager was standing close when I came in to warn them about the allergy order so if you can’t supervise what theworkers are serving then it means, you are not doing your job. You guys need to pay for...

When I was looking at their menu online, I was pretty excited that they had different options than in the US. This store is pretty nice and they also have delivery drivers! However, as a foreigner, I couldn't find out how I could use this service. They have menu boards so that you can order on your own and the staff was very friendly.

However, I was pretty disappointed with the food as it just wasn't very good. The Big Mac had a weird taste to it, and for some reason just wasn't what I was expecting. I also got the McDonald's Supreme. I took two bites and then couldn't finish it. The flavors just didn't sit right with me and I thought it didn't taste good at all. Lastly, I tried the fried Brie cheese. I was expecting a cheese stick type of flavor, but it actually has the flavor of Brie, so I didn't find it very good. They also didn't have any ranch and the BBQ sauce tasted weird.
