Arabisches haus restaurant — Restaurant in Saarbrücken

I went with my family on this 'restaurant' to have lunch all together. the first impression did not convince me much because despite there were empty tables (not reserved) they didn’t let us sit down to eat because the table was for families from 6 and we were 4. They made us come back 30 minutes later and they told us the same thing until my mother forced the hand and after that point they served us. Communication with waiters is really complicated if you don’t speak Arabic or German.

A very unpleasant episode happened to my sister, she ordered a plate of falafel without sauces of any kind. The dish arrived really quietly while me and the rest of my family had already started eating. The dish arrived with a HAIR IN THE SALAD. We discreetly called the waiter and told him to come closer, but he didn’t bother to come because he thought we wanted to pick him up.

At that point I got up and brought the dish always discreetly in the register, showing the HAIR, they ripped the plate of my hands, without apologizing, without listening to me, simply the waiter left with the plate. At that point we didn’t want the dish anymore but the waiter didn’t listen. They brought back another dish but it was not for nothing what we had ordered is another time, no waiter downed us.

Once in the receipt there were things that we did not serve (we did not pay them after we pointed it out) and once I argued with the waiter about the unfortunate episode of HAIR ON FOOD he insisted on making me pay for the dish even touched because it was not what he ordered.

The best syrian restaurant in the whole of Germany which represents both the food and the culture of Syria . Unfortunately I’m gone from Saarbrücken 😢 . The shawarma ain’t exist as tasty as in the arabisches Haus . Just wanna tell you guys you’ve been so freakin missed ❤️the grilled meals as well .
