We found this restaurant passing through Trittenheim and couldn’t have been happier with our find. There’s a big parking lot behind the restaurant. The building is impressive with its large doors to enter and display of wine right inside. They have a large outdoor seating space and we were told to go around back and she’d meet us back there to help find a table. The service was welcoming. The menu was impressive with a wide variety even a few Asian dishes. Our orders were taken right away and our wine was delivered quickly to the table and only a short wait for the food. The mushroom sauce was a bit too salty for me. Also had onion soup - which was good. Prices are standard for this area and time. About 15 Eu for the schnitzel, 13 for the spargel flammenkuchen. Bottled water is pricey, quite common here - but a little overdone here - I think it was 7 euro. All in all 42 Eu for a medium size meal...
