Wait for 25 minutes for nothing. Finally 25 minutes the first milk tea came but it was a wrong one, have to re-do again. And after half hour we finally have everything. The cashier girl was fine when I asked why it takes so long for just a bubble tea. She was humble and apologized to us. BTW we were the only table on that time that's why idk why everything takes so long. Anyway the cashier's attitude was really fine. Then our food came, was the owner who brought the food to our table. And she started her criticism. The owner's attitude was extremely awful. She said"hey my colleague just told me u guys are complaining? Complaining about how slow we are? Now I'M TELLING YOU WHY. We have some issue in the kitchen today, THAT IS THE REASON" Woooow, girl, excuse me? If u had some issue why u don't inform ppl before they take order? And we can't even complain a sentence??!! WTH? Her attitude just like a BOSS who yelling at u and reprimand u sharply. If I'm not in a restaurant I will feel I'm the one who has responsibility of makeing a company close down and the boss is so mad of...
Read moreI always walked past this place and it was never opened. I guess they finally recently opened. This place was recently the hotdog imbiss, as the napkins still have the previous logo on it. The place is still more like an imbiss rather than sit down restaurant where you would want to stay for hours.
The menu consists of a variety of asian dishes (Taiwanese, Japanese, etc.). I ordered the two Baos and Gyoza. One of the Baos tasted like it was reheated as it was chewy, but the other one was ok. We received the food within 3-5 minutes after ordering, so I suspect they already prepared everything and just had to reheat it. Normally frying gyoza takes a bit more time. The food was, regardless of the serving quickness, still good. I also ordered the braised pork rice and it was delicious.
The milk tea menu is very extensive, but some things were not available. I tried to order tapiaco as an addition but was told it would take 20 minutes (I assume it was not cooked yet).
I would come here again for a snack or a quick bite to eat and get my boba...
Read moreMy Bf and I were there for a quick snack but it turned out to be two hour visit 😮💨 The waitress and waiter seem to have difficulty with both English and German, it took them an hour to finally ask us what to order (we both speak English and German fluently). They completely ignore us, either they were really busy (but i didn’t think so, even if it was, they wouldn’t need the whole hour to take our order) or they are afraid of someone who didn’t speak their language. My Bf winked to them several times until they finally „notice“ us, he even go directly to them for the menu because they just didn’t give us even when we already there for more than 30 minutes. Food was really average, straight from freezer and to the Wok. Even the chicken pop was too salty, I couldn’t taste anything than salt. I mean for two hour visit, it is just not worth. They gave us two pieces of sesame ball as apology but still quite disappointed with this „restaurant“. Will never...
