Schwarz Weiß Bar — Restaurant in Stuttgart

It's an absolute must-visit, if you should ever find yourself in the city. The cocktails are absolutely incredible and unlike anything you would find on a run-of-the-mill cocktail bar.

The ambiance is cozy, with warm jazz, to accompany your drinks. It can get pretty packed on weekends, so it might be a bit of a squeeze if you don't go early. But go, nonetheless.

Dr. Smoke - a smoky, Laphroaig based cocktail with freshly slices ginger My Tiger's Milk - a mojito, spiced with paprika Grey flannel - Gin, with earl grey tea and a ginger beer wrap-around

The cocktails are on the pricey side at about €9-12, but well worth the price if you're planning to really relish...

My first visit impressions were: crowded and crowded. It was saturday night, around 2230 Hrs. From outside we thought there's no way in hell the two of us will fit in there. Guests inside looked at us and probably said please do not enter. The bar is kinda in the middle of that small space although guests crowd forms a "C" shape. From the farest bar stool to the bathroom you need up to 5 mins to get there so start early. We ordered Black Beard and Flaming Flemming. The least one was bitter and spicy and need an aquired taste. Loved it!...

On the top of mt cocktail crawl, Schwarz Weiß Bar is the only cocktail bar I tried in Stuttgart but I wasn't disappointed! The jazzy ambiance and the service are wonderful!

I was lucky because it wasn't packed the night I visited thus I could discuss with one of the bartenders, Ferdinand, who is super friendly and professional. Up for the challenge, he created a cocktail off-the-list with a theme I chose.

Other guests were cool and easygoing.

Only minus point: like many places in Germany, smoking allowed inside.
