La verdad no me puedo quejar. No le falta nada a los servicios, exceptuando el de limpieza diaria de la habitación en el cual, si bien dejaban todo impecable, no retiraban los residuos que dejábamos apartados en un lugar de la habitación y que no sabíamos de que otra forma disponer (ya que el único basurero era el del baño).||||La posada sigue la línea del sistema alemán antiguo de tener una casa principal para la familia y otra para las visitas. Ambas edificaciones tienen habitaciones para los huéspedes, pero las llaves de las puertas principales son distintas para ambos y esto aísla a los huéspedes que están en una edificación, de los que se hospedan en la otra. la familia que administra y atiende la posada vive ahí.||||Tienen un restaurant excelente, bien alemán desde la estructura y decoración hasta las comidas. El restaurant atiende también al público en general pero está cerrado los domingos y lunes. Esto no significa que dejen olvidados a sus huéspedes, quienes pueden seguir desayunando normalmente en esos dias (el desayuno se sirve en el restaurant).||||No tienen internet ni servicio de lavandería, y tampoco están cerca de ninguna lavandería. De hecho, están ubicados en un barrio super tranquilo y apartado de Stuttgart. El viaje al centro de la ciudad puede durar hasta 30`(o más!) y para llegar hay que tomar por lo menos un bus Y un tren (y todo lo que un turista quiere hacer está en el centro: lavandería, paseos, compras, etc). Pero el barrio (Plieningen) es muy bonito e interesante para pasear, lindas casitas y la feria (Messe) de Stuttgart está situada a pocas cuadras (al igual que el aeropuerto, pero eso no es ni interesante ni turístico :) ).||Tampoco tienen minibar, pero las despensas y panaderías del barrio suplen bastante bien esta carencia.||||En la habitación, a pesar de que habíamos avisado que somos un matrimonio, las camas estaban separadas. Pero esto lo solucionaron en el primer día, uniéndolas por un sistema que permite convertir una habitación doble común en matrimonial. De todas maneras no es lo mismo dormir en dos camas juntadas que en una cama matrimonial, pero es lo que hay :)||||La familia que atiende y administra es en realidad muy amable y servicial. No tienen problema de ayudarte, y si hay alguna cosa o servicio que no te pueden ofrecer, te ayudan a buscar la alternativa y solución para que no te quedes colgado. ||||Si hubiera alguna razón por la cual no me volvería a quedar ahí, sería solo la distancia a la que se encuentra del centro. A very nice and clean hotel. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful and make your stay comfortable. They have normal single rooms and also what they call apartments. I stayed in the apartment as it is very big and has cooking facilities with pots, pans, and eating utensils. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet with a walk out terrace on each apartment. The hoels has underground secure parking with elevators to the apartment rooms which is nice in bad weather or to pack the car for a fast morning get away. I have stayed in 3 other hotels in this small town and this is the one I now choose first as it newer and nicer than the others and convenient to walk to restaurants...

Unbelievable. I was here a few months ago and the food and service was really good.. went there today in the snow storm before I had to fly out to the US hoping to enjoy a good German meal.. what a great disappointment.. the salad was super salty.. one can tell the codon-blue was freeze and deep fried in old oil.. and was more noticeable in their french fry.. the Spätzle was far from homemade. Their swein medallion.. One of them was very dry and the other sour.. once the problem was address to the waitress, there weren't any reaction of regret nor were they apologetic.. the worst food and service I've experience in...
