I got sick called as soon as I knew and emailed them to change the date. They weren't helpful and took my $75 euro with zero reimbursement. I can't help that I got sick. So I never got to go. Worst part to is this is the only private rooms karaoke bar so they can be unfair to anyone. If they had competition I know they couldn't get away with this treatment. If you cancel to switch the date why make it so complicated. The way they have you book a room is such a pain.

Days later they not only didn't give back my money but are threatening to sue me for telling an honest truth on the review. I just don't want others to get their money stolen and have such bad customer service. If they have problems then why don't they humble themselves and change their policies to actually have good customer service rather then bad. This is what I get for telling the truth! Unbelievable!!!😬

I stated that if things do not get resolved which they didn't I would write a bad review because your customer service was horrible. You never called back or replied to my emails until Sunday and my reservation was on Saturday. You did nothing to try to resolve the situation. That is not what I call good customer service. I have done worked in business before and this is not how you treat customers. I am truly disappointed in the gaslighting, manipulation and lack of problem...

Place looked fun in the beginning. Fancy decorations, themed rooms, etc. But...

Starting off with the bad side, there was a group of people in our booked room which delayed us for half an hour, the manager said that we can stay as long as we want for no extra charge as a compensation, but in the end we were charged for the entire time we stayed there. very little technical help was offered, no Communication in English and even the German of the staff was really bad, so zero to no assistance with the equipment. Their only focus was to sell you as many drinks as they can which were already over priced. Lastly, when paying, they atleast charged us for 4 extra cocktails plus the excessive cost of the room. I’m not accusing them of cheating with the drinks, but I’m definitely sure that they mixed up the numbers with other rooms because we all remembered how much we drank.

Points “if” you go there. Be sure to know the price of the rooms when booking, if they offer any compensation or exclusive charming offers, make sure to exactly clarify what they are selling. Keep your drink count and see what they have in their record, it’s fun to be singing with your friends, but don’t let them rob your wallet for...

Wie man es erwartet gibt es mehrere Kabinen für Karaoke-Action. Diese Räume kann man buchen (oder auch spontan hingehen und hoffen dass man eine bekommt), und nach einer kurzen Einweisung kann es schon los gehen. Man ist dabei immer unter sich, was vielen die Hemmungen vor Karaoke nimmt. Man hört zwar ein bisschen die Kabine nebenan singen, aber das stört nicht wenn man selbst loslegt

Wir haben bisher zwei unterschiedliche Räume für unsere Karaoke-Eskapaden genutzt. Sie unterscheiden sich in Größe und Stil, das Equipment ist aber das gleiche: ein paar Mikros, ein paar Perkussionsinstrumente, Sofa, Tisch, Bildschirm, eine Box mit Wischtüchern, ein Tablet, und - ganz wichtig - eine Klimaanlage. In einem der Räume war letztere nicht angeschlossen. Das war allerdings schon vor mehreren Monaten, und zwischenzeitlich wurde zumindest im anderen Raum eine feste Klimaanlage installiert. Und die ist dringend nötig, denn aus irgendwelchen Gründen wird es mit der Zeit sehr warm in den Kabinen.

Über ein Tablet bestellt man Getränke. Es kommt alles auf eine Rechnung, die man aber beim Bezahlen dann teilen kann. Die Getränke kommen zeitnah und auch wie man sie bestellt, absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Jemand kommt dann in die Kabine, stellt die Getränke wortlos hin und geht wieder. Man wird also nicht gestört. Die Preise finde ich angemessen.

Für das Karaoke selbst wird ein iPad mit KaraFun bereitgestellt. Die Probleme der Software kann man den Barbetreibern nicht vorwerfen, aber mit den Softwareentwicklern würde ich gern mal ein Wörtchen wechseln. Die Hardware ist aber soweit einwandfrei, der Klang ist toll, und man kann seinem inneren Wolfgang Petry die Hölle heiß machen.

Ich würde jederzeit wieder hin. Es ist jedes Mal ein Mordsspaß, selbst für jemanden der weder Ton noch Takt trifft, selbst für jemanden der sich nicht so recht an's Mikro traut und erst mit der Zeit anfängt, leise in seiner Ecke mitzusingen.
