Our family's terrific experience at the museum was ruined by the unacceptably rude service by an old, gray-haired woman at the cash register. That woman made numerous mistakes when we ordered food, entering in duplicate items instead of what we said. She never apologized and actually was frustrated at us when we kindly pointed out her mistake, and she still ended up getting our order wrong somehow. The kitchen staff told us to sort it out with that woman, at which point she raised her voice at my wife, having the gaul to blame us when she was the one who made the mistake. Not willing to allow her to mistreat my wife, I yelled at her and told her that it's not our job to deal with her incompetence. Instead of fixing the problem, she decided to just walk off and do nothing. The kitchen staff then apologized to us and said that they will fix our order.
This is not the only review that points out such poor service at this restaurant. To the management of this establishment, you need higher standards. Train your employees to use your POS machine properly AND swallow their stubborn pride and apologize to customers when they screw up. Until then, you don't deserve to associate yourselves with the Porsche brand. McDonald's has kinder and better customer service...
Read moreThe service was absolutely horrible. It is a canteen and there are tonnes of empty seats when we arrived. We asked if we may take a seat and the staff told us "ITS NOT THAT EASY". The staff trying to act posh but in a rude manner đFinally we guided to our "designated" seats. We headed to cashier for ordering, the cashier guy kept challenging us if we really had a seat, til he asked the posh guy if we did grab a seat, then he believe us. Come on, do you guys think this is a Michelin restaurant that ppl need to play hard trying to sneak in ?! đ« đ The Porsche Museum itself is amazing and fantastic, yet unfortunately and feel sorry that it needs to associating with such a low quality canteen. Would recommend avoiding this place to ruin the overall...
Read moreOne of the two restaurants located inside Porsche Museum, love the quality of the food, decent sized servings and good service overall.
Ideal place to dine and relax before or after visiting Porsche Museum. It does get busy with short wait times however well worth the wait as you get to enjoy and unwind.
Highly recommended, will definitely return again if I get the opportunity to visit...
