We had pre-ordered the meal in the afternoon… in the evening we were told that the pre-order ONLY refers to the meal, not to a seat… (never heard of it before) furthermore, our meal was served in plastic boxes…

all of this at a price of 130 €

staff super unfriendly…

really never experienced anything worse…

Liebes Bude 8 Team, das war heute leider ein Satz mit X... Ich bin seit vielen Jahren immer wieder gerne mehrere Male über das Jahr verteilt bei euch gewesen um eure tollen Speisen zu genießen. Eure Regel dass nach 17 Uhr vorbestellt werden muss ist mir auch bekannt und ich habe das auch immer beherzigt. Aber es kann auch mal vorkommen dass man erst um 16.56 Uhr aufgrund Parkplatzsuche und anstellen in der Schlange am Tresen ist aber selbst das ist immer noch vor 17 Uhr.... Ich habe in der Vergangenheit immer wie auch gestern eine Anfahrt von 20 km auf mich genommen und fand es dann nicht schön aufgrund eurer Misskalkulation dann vor 17 Uhr nichts mehr zu bekommen... Bisher konnte ich euch uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und habe auch immer gerne spontan Freunde natürlich dann vor 17 Uhr mitgebracht. Das werde ich mir in Zukunft überlegen müssen.
