La Dolce Vita - Pizzeria — Restaurant in Ulmen

Our visit was an incredibly disappointing and humiliating experience. The manager, a woman in her 40s with short black hair, was exceptionally rude and appeared to be deliberately unhelpful from the moment we arrived. Despite there being several empty tables, she initially refused to seat us and only relented with a condescending attitude, making it seem like she was doing us a huge favor. Her behavior continued to be hostile. When we were deciding between an indoor or outdoor table, she impatiently demanded, "Do you want a table or not?" The service only got worse. She refused our request for a bottle of water, even though we saw her serving it to other tables nearby. When we tried to order our pizzas and asked for an additional topping, she snapped, "I can do it for a few pizzas, but I’m not going to do it for all four. You can leave if you want." And that’s exactly what we did. The entire interaction felt targeted and discriminatory, leaving us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I would strongly advise anyone, especially immigrants, to avoid this place if you want to be treated with basic dignity...

Absolutely horrible experience! The only staff member there—a lady—was shockingly rude and blatantly racist. She flat-out refused to seat our family at first, then acted like she was “doing us a favor” when she finally did. To make things worse, she refused to even take our order, calling it “too complicated.” When we politely asked her to just write it down to avoid mistakes, she threw a tantrum and stormed off and said “you can leave!”

We were treated with zero respect and made to feel unwelcome simply for being customers. Hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced—an incredibly rude woman who has no business working with people. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be insulted...

The food was really good, we had bruchetta as starters and pizza as main course. Took very long for the food to get on our table, but it was great. Nevertheless the waiter was really grumpy, it was so bad that everyone on the restaurant's terrace felt the same about her. Ignoring customers, walking away while people still talked to her and handing over plates over the fence! When I asked her about the mood she got angry, of course, because she was already grumpy as sh*t. It wasnt expensive, 37 euro for the food and 3 drinks, but definitely ruined our last dinner in...
