Bistro - Pizzeria - Partyserv. Sapori Mediterranei — Restaurant in Unterschleißheim

Honestly can’t recommend. Food is always delicious and there’s nothing to complain about here. But if you’re not from Germany you can’t expect good service here. We’ve been to Sapori at least 8 times because we used to live next door until very recently. In all of those times we experienced rude service from every single person who was working there except for one guy at the bar who was actually extremely nice. When coming for takeaway food, we’ve been ignored many times and we only came back because it was the closest pizza place around. Food there is really great but it’s not the only thing that matters when you visit a restaurant, and the restaurant definitely doesn’t deserve more stars because of it. We encountered the same service when we brought friends and family there, because we wanted to show them “this amazing place we found”, unfortunately everyone we brought there has been faced with this kind of service as well.

Ich war heute mit meinen Eltern hier essen. Ich habe hier eigentlich gerne gegessen. Ich habe für meinen Vater aber heute die Pizza „Chorizo“ bestellt, vor allem wegen dem „Tallegio- Käse und Kalamata-Oliven“. Auf seiner Pizza waren weder Kalamata Oliven drauf, noch irgendwelche anderen Oliven. Statt Tallegio- Käse wurde einfach ein stink normaler Brie drauf getan. Ich fand das sehr schade, weil ich genau weiß was ich bestelle und ich einen Tallegio Käse und Kalamata Oliven erkenne. Ich find es nicht gut, dass man einen für blöd verkauft und statt Tallegio Käse einen billigen Brie drauf macht. Vermutlich hofft man, dass die Gäste sich eh nicht mit Käse auskennen und den Unterschied nicht merken… Preislich ist die Pizza wegen den genannten Zutaten aber auch teurer als andere. Ich hab gewartet während dem Essen, ob der Kellner vielleicht kommt und fragt, ob alles passt. Ich wollte uns auch den Abend nicht ruinieren also hab ich beim bezahlen gesagt, dass ich es schade fand, dass das bei der Pizza nicht drauf war. Als Antwort kam „ Ich rede mit der Chefin“ und uns wurde ein Espresso angeboten. Nett gemeint aber nicht genug. Es kam auch keine Entschuldigung. Die Pizza war auch ziemlich stark angebrannt an den Rändern. Wir mussten den halben Rand der Pizza deswegen wegschneiden. Ich habe nach einem Karton gefragt um die Reste einzupacken. Es wurden sogar die 50ct berechnet für den Karton. Das muss ich sagen finde ich es schon dreist… wenn auf einer der teureren Pizza auf der Karte, auch die entsprechenden teuren Zutaten fehlen, auch noch sogar 50ct für Karton zu berechnen…. Das gibts ja wohl nicht. Ob wir nochmal hinkommen, werde ich mir gut...

Excellent pizza, excellent pasta. Nice place, the interior decoration makes you feel good as a typical Cantina Italiana, the exterior tables gives you a nice view of the calm movement of the main street at Lohhof.
