Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Vaterstetten

If it were not for the quality of the chicken (superior to all competing fast food restaurants), this place would deserve ZERO stars.

I had to wait 45 minutes (standing) in line before I could order my food and only 3/5 minutes to get it once I ordered.

There is no electronic order board so you can order, sit down and then pick everything up when ready.

You cannot order from the app and pay at the till (the app, in theory, allows you to do this). I tried to do this during the very long wait and once I got to the cashier, the cashier rudely told me that it was not possible and then re-ordered and, on top of that, increased some prices.

I am sorry to say this but, used to McDonald's, I felt like I had gone back 20...

This was one of the best KFC for me until last week. Now it is one of the worst.

My order was not processed due to system error I had to talk with someone. That is understandable. Chicken taste somehow not same as the beginning of the open. Smell like toilet all over the restaurant area. Probably someone used same mob they used for toilet cleaning. Air quality is bad. One of the soda machine didn’t work. Too much gas coming out so make people use the machine longer time. There were many others..

Sorry guys I don’t think I will visit here...

We like KFC, but had to reducethe stars, as we didn'tliked the service. We had a kids meal for our daughter and they had no juice. They offered no alternative for her (4 years old), still charged the full amount for the meal, and not even gave something extra for the child, so we had a unhappy kid, and she was so excited before to go there. Now she said, next time McDonald's again! This KFC is clean with some playground for kids and enough...
