Da Capo Pizzeria — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Bad Waldsee

Ok Freunde, - PINSA ist das Stichwort, - keinen Plan? passt´s auf... Kleiner Schnuckeliger Betrieb, Personalnot, die Mamma macht die Bedienung, die Tochter ist der Chef, der Pizzabäcker ist während Corona abgehaut.

Die Tochter war in der Schweiz für diese PINSA Ausbildung...

Ich dachte auch, - ich will nur ne Pizza, der Rest ist mir wurscht...

PINSA, - das ist der Teig für den Pizzaboden ist einfach ein Sauerteig der 72 Stunden alt ist und in dem keine Gärprozesse mehr stattfinden.

Pizza, - tschuldigung, Pinsa bestellt, - erste Überraschung schaut irgendwie klein aus....

Zweite Überraschung, der Teig... HAMMER, sooo Cross, - knusprig, da sabbert nix durch - ich hatte noch nie soviel "Teigerlebnis" bei einer Pizza, ehrlich, - das muss man probiert haben sonst kann man es sich nicht vorstellen.

Der Belag war ohne jeden Tadel, die außergewöhnliche Kombination bei meiner Frau mit Nüssen, Honig und Salat, war geschmacklich wirklich sehr gut.

Zuletzt, der "optisch kleine Eindruck" war falsch, wenn man das gegessen hat hat man als normaler Mensch keinen Hunger mehr.

We went there on short notice and were lucky to get a spot. So it's recommended to make a reservation upfront. The menu is quite small but the food options are all very good standard Italian. We both had a pizza which had a great taste and texture. We didn't try it but the wine options also...
