Burger King — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Bruchsal

It was outrageous today!!! My son 5 years old, had his favorite bottle with water. It's a bottle with no name, only a green kids bottle. A waitress came and said to my husband that he must keep the bottle away from the table..we are not allowed to have a bottle of water on the table! I said no! It's not fanta, not a coca cola bottle! I started to making questions and really I was very angry! I work as a waitress for 11 years and I NEVER asked from a parent to take away the bottle of his kid!! I said I will call the police to ask for my rights. At the end the second one brought two paper bags and said that we have 10 minutes time to go away or she will call the police!!! Well we took our things and gone. But girl not because you said it, It's because I called the police and I talked with someone there and asked what are my rights. You know what she said? Don't lose your time there, it's all nonsense. WELL...

War mal gut, aber.... in letzter Zeit immer mieser und heut haben sie's geschafft mich endgültig weg zu ekeln. Burger King ist doch eigentlich FastFood, oder? Eigentlich! Heut wollt ich schnell mal was beim Drive-In holen. 2 Autos vor mir bis zur Sprechanlage. Knapp 20 Minuten später war ich dann an der Sprechanlage. 2 Doppel-Cheese über PLU-Nummer bestellt ging noch. Noch 2 normale Cheesburger: Der Typ an der Sprechanlage fragte 4mal "WÄÄÄSS?", beim 5. mal hatte er's dann verstanden. 2 große Cola brauchten 3mal "WÄÄÄSS?" und dann noch die Fritten. Während meiner 5 Versuche ging ich langsam von sehr langsam, laut und deutlich zu Über-über-deutlich über. Verzweiflungstag. Ging dann. Knappe 5 Minuten an der Sprechanlage. Nach weiteren 5 Minuten war ich dann tatsächlich an der Futterausgabe. Keine da. Man sag 2 Mann innen bedienen, mehrere andere sah man offensichtlich Pause machen. Wieder gut 5 Minuten. Als der Typ dann kam und das Geld wollte fragte ich vorsichtshalber mal, wie lang's dann noch geht bis ich mein Essen bekomm.... "WÄÄÄSS?" ... Also wieder deutlicher... "Ich hab Sie schon verstanden" sagt er, aber natürlich keine Antwort auf meine Frage. Was arbeiten da inzwischen für Leute??? Hab mich dann entschieden, mir noch 'nen dummen Spruch einzufangen und zum McDonalds weiter zu fahren. Keine 5 Minuten incl. Fahrzeit und ich hatte was ich wollte. Gibt ja genug in Bruchsal wenn's mal schnell gehen muss. Vergessen wir den Burger King mal besser.

UPDATE vom 19.08.2018: Mal wieder dort gewesen, und natürlich haben sie's zuverlässig geschafft zu versagen. 2 King-Boxen bestellt. Ausnahmsweise hab ich mal nicht am Drivein-Fenstr alles gecheckt, hatte erwartet, dass es nicht sooo kompliziert sein kann. Schwerer Fehler. Zu Hause angekommen hab ich dann feststellen müssen, dass 2 Cheeseburger gefehlt haben. Also, Rest meiner King Box kalt werden lassen weil ich ja noch die 2 Burger nachfordern musste. Zum Glück hab ich mich dazu entschieden, mich am Drivein-Fenster zu beschweren. Natürlich hat mir Trulla erstmal gar nicht glauben wollen, dann heftigst dummes Zeug diskutieren wollen... Drin hätte ich an der Stelle verloren. Am Fenster gnadenlos warten, bis ich die beiden Burger und (weil's von mir unverschuldet kalt wird) die Fritten und die Nuggets in der Tüte hatte. Hat gedauert, hat Nerven gekostet. Eigentlich sind die da ziemlich gnadenlos. Demostratives Motor aus & Handbremse anziehen war gerade genug als Ansage, dass sich Spielchen nicht...

I don't know what is wrong with this particular BK restaurant, but they get something wrong every single time I'm using the drive through. Wrong products. Taking loads of time to prepare a simple order. But today they outdid themselves...

The cashier at the drive through couldn't understand me saying "whopper" and had to come out of the booth to the car to confirm if I'm ordering a "fhoppa". I asked her if I was too quiet, and she said "No, it's because of your accent."

All those years in education that were paid for with my hard work, well, flipping burgers, wasted. A minimum wage employee doesn't understand a word I'm saying...
