McDonald's — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Ellwangen (Jagst)

It is a McDonald's so you know what you get when it comes to food and service.

This is fast food of a known quality and nutritional value. The food was served quickly and the French fries were hot and mostlikely fresh from the deep fryer. The food was McDonalds standard with no deviation from what you would expect.

The inside of the restaurant could use updating though. As a stop along the Autobahn I am sure this is a high traffic area leading to excessive wear and tear. Regardless, having multiple seat cushions ripped open is a bit of an eye sore.

Given the looks of the seats, this is nothing new, but just a bit of the ambiance and atmosphere the local management has chosen to accept...

Der schlechteste Mc, den ich kenne! Das Personal hier ist völlig frei von Kompetenz, unfreundlich, versteht und spricht kaum die deutsche Sprache und ist wahnsinnig langsam! Völlig eigene Definition von Schnellrestaurant! Die meisten Gerichte müssen erst zubereitet werden und dauern ewig! Es kam mehr als einmal vor, dass ich mehrfach nachfragen musste, ob der Rest der Bestellung jemals kommt! Es kam auch schon vor, das mir die "Servicekraft" mitteilte, meine Bestellung sofort aufzunehmen, um mir fünf Minuten später zu erklären, dass dieser Schalter jetzt geschlossen ist und ich mich am anderen anstellen soll...

Zur Mittagszeit herrscht absolutes Chaos, Wartezeiten von 20 bis 30 Minuten, bis man überhaupt die Bestellung abgeben kann, sind keine Seltenheit! Hinzu kommt, dass zur Stoßzeit meist nur zwei Kassen offen sind und an einer davon noch ein absoluter Anfänger eingearbeitet wird!
