Cash only, just to let you know that first. Pizza was very cheesy, which I like. Nice crisp to the dough. It was delicious. Waitress was exceptionally nice, didnt speak english and I didnt speak german. I cant fault her for that - afterall, this is Germany. I would definitely go again.

An den etwas rauen Ton der Chefin muss man sich erst gewöhnen, aber halb so schlimm. Es handelt sich ja in erster Linie auch um eine Kneipe und nicht um ein Restaurant. Vorteil an diesem Lokal ist, dass man auch am späteren Abend noch warmes Essen serviert. Leider war mein Schnitzel nicht soo lecker (nicht ganz durchgebraten). Alles andere hat aber gepasst. Preise sind voll in Ordnung.

We went there with 5 persons on a saturday evening. It was not too crowded. We ordered our drinks quite fast. Then it all started to go wrong. Few drinks were missing, we had to wait for 30min to order our food, a few of our dishes were forgotten, appetizers were forgotten etc. The food was also not good, too fatty and too cheesy but this last point is...

Beste Adresse in Künzelsau, super coole, gemütliche Atmosphäre, gute Musik, nette, freundliche Bedienung, sehr gutes, leckeres Essen. Räumlichkeiten sehr sauber und gepflegt. Dem Gastwirt ist es wichtig, dass sich alle Gäste willkommen heißen und sich immer wohlfühlen. Eine mir persönliche Anmerkung noch zum Schluss, sollte sich mal ein "Störenfried " in die Schmiede begeben, wird dieser höflich aber bestimmend weggeschickt! zum Schutz für uns! DANKE an das Schmiede-Team, schön, daß Ihr für uns da seid und das bereits seit 25 Jahren! HERZLICHEN...
