Our dining experience was incredibly disappointing. We arrived at 7:30, but our orders weren't taken until 7:45. With two children in our party, patience wore thin as our starters arrived an hour later. Our main dishes arrived at 21:00. Despite numerous reminders about my daughter's celiac disease , her gluten-free cheeseburger order was mistaken for a regular hamburger. Their initial solution was to simply remove the bun, claiming it was now "gluten-free," which we knew wasn't safe. After insisting on a proper gluten-free burger, it took an additional 20 minutes (21:20 almost 2 hours after our arrival). To add to the frustration, our requested strawberry milkshake was replaced with vanilla. La sala es relativamente oscura, con decoración no acertada (hay un águila con luces de navidad colgadas del cuello en un rincón, una rueda de carruaje a la entrada del salón, y cuadros oscuros de bisontes y ciervos). Para comer, pedimos: Nachos (calientes del horno con salsa a elegir, pues ni eran calientes ni salieron del horno; más bien salieron de la bolsa y acompañados de salsa de bote) Mozzarella sticks (que son congelados, no los hacen ellos; con lo fácil que sería…) Grüner Salat, que lleva muchísima salsa Plato de Pulled Beef; la carne deshecha, tierna y jugosa acompañado de patatas „wedges“ (que son congeladas), salsa barbacoa (de bote) y nada más.
El sitio tiene muchísimo potencial, podrían ser restaurante puntero en la zona pero las cosas que deberían tener caseras y ricas (las patatas fritas, los nacho, los Mozzarella sticks o las salsas, como la barbacoa) son industriales o de bote. Los platos tampoco tienen decoración, ninguna.
