This very cosy and original place is situated in a beautiful and quite area. The hotel itself is a historical building and has even a little shop with local products. The rooms are all renovated in a modern and pleasant style and there is a secondaire building with more rooms. The rooms are also well equipped and cosy. The only negative thing I have to mention is the floor in the shower. It's really slippery! The restaurant is interestingly furnished in the old farmer style and you can see the old original oven from the old bakery. The staff is proffesional and very friendly and helpful. They even waited for me as I arrived late. They have a charging station for EV's, but the fast charging part was not working. But at least you can charge overnight. Than there is a big inside and outside sitting area where you can stay with the whole family. For spicy food lovers, there is a Thai restaurant around the corner. I really recommend this hotel. That aside, we were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful woman at reception, who helped carry our heavy luggage up the stairs (there is not an elevator and we are seniors). Parking was on the street in front of the hotel, but seemingly safe and without incident. Our room was quite charming and the fresh air most welcome. The hotel is situation across the street from a very beautiful old church that tolls the time every 15 minutes, throughout the day and night. I personally loved the church bells, but you'd want to know if you're a light sleeper. Breakfast was a generous buffet with a good cappuccino. Dinner was also very exceptionally good (not included).
