CELSIUS Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Offenburg

I’ve been to Celsius Offenburg a couple of times and I really enjoy coming here. The staff are some of the kindest people – they always make you feel welcome and comfortable.

The drinks and beer are amazing, easily some of the best in town. The burgers are okay, but that’s more of a Germany-wide issue with the meat – the patties everywhere here tend to be a bit dry and not super flavorful.

What really makes this place special is the hospitality. One time, the owner surprised me and my girlfriend with free treats, and another time, he even gave us our entire bill for free. Experiences like that really show how much they care about their guests.

On this June 19th on the terrace, the atmosphere was not the best, there was almost no one there. The waiter, a nice person. The food, not great. The 300 gram meat was cut in half due to its thickness. For a medium rare request...it was dry. The ribeye was tough and chewy. Look at the photos. The bruscetta, ...a slice of white bread with tomato! Unbelievable; that's not how we do it. I'm sorry, but this restaurant doesn't know how to cook meat. Please...

Steak wasn’t really my thing. Not a huge problem they sorted it out quickly, very kind people ! They even gave us a dessert on the house to make up for it which was a lovely gesture. ⭐️ Also I’ve got to say the cushions were incredibly soft, very comfy to sit on.
