Haweli - Indian Restaurant rheinfelden — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Rheinfelden (Baden)

Staff were polite, but ordering and food disappointing. Ordered online for collection, an automatic discount was added to my order. I recieved a call to say i must pay the discount amount in cash on collection. I did point out that it wasnt my error, it was their mistake, but i still had to pay. Staff were polite and i didnt argue, but not what i would expect from a restaurant. Ordered 3 portions of papadoms, which online state comes with mango, mint and tamarind sauce. For all 3 portions i was given 3 small mango and no other. Ordered a paneer haweli which is supposed to be raisins, almonds, coconut etc. Instead i have a paneer curry with mushrooms and peas.

Have had takeaway and eaten in restaurant multiple times, but tonight i have been left...

We live in Rheinfelden for many years and have seen different indian restaurants/delivery services come and go. My mum is indian and was mostly disappointed with the choices in the region. Haweli is the first place that actually cooks authentic, indian meals. Order any type of Biryani and you will get the same ( Sambar and Rice)… Raita is also charged extra..
