Unser Besuch war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.

Das Servicepersonal wirkte nicht nur unaufmerksam, sondern war auch mit eigenem familiären Besuch beschäftigt und ignorierte die Kundschaft regelrecht. Hinzu kam der störende Rauch vom Personal auf dem Balkon, der die Atmosphäre stark beeinträchtigte.

Besonders ärgerlich war die Regelung, dass Kartenzahlung erst ab 10 Euro möglich ist, ohne dass dies im Vorfeld kommuniziert wurde. Als wir zahlen wollten, verließ ein Mitarbeiter einfach die Kasse, was uns mit dem ungelösten Problem zurückließ. Wir mussten uns selbst um eine Lösung bemühen, einen anderen Mitarbeiter suchen und den Betrag letztendlich sogar aufrunden, um bezahlen zu können.
