Fortuna — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Wolfach

An okay gastropub in Wolfach, many locals eating here. The service was mediocre on this occasion, as we were left a very long time before we could order drinks, the wait for our mains was yet to come on top of this. Understaffing, possibly circumstantial, may be the cause for this. But a word of caution nonetheless.

The salad and vinaigrette was generally great but their large salad was only made to look bigger by the larger salad leaves placed on top, there ultimately wasn't enough substance there.

The steak was overcooked, possibly by being left too long in a hot hold, which was unacceptable considering they charged €30 for it. Other menu items served turned out...

Meine Freundin und ich machen gerade Urlaub in diesem idyllischen Örtchen. Auf der Suche nach einer Futterkrippe, sind wir auf dieses nette Gasthaus gestoßen. Doe Bedienung sehr freundlich, wenn auch alles etwas länger dauert. (Hab 20 minuten auf die Rechnung gewartet) Aber, ich bin im Urlaub und habe Zeit.

Ich habe mir den Wildtopf mit hausgemachten Spätzle bestellt und meine Liebste hat sich einen Flammkuchen bestellt. Dieser war kross gebacken und sehr gut. Mein wildtopf (quasi ein hirschgulasch) war unglaublich geschmackvoll. Selbst der Vorspeisensalat hat mega gut geschmeckt. Der bestand aus grünem Salat, rotkohl, tomate, gurke, krautsalat und kartoffelsalat alles mit essig und öl angemacht. Simpel aber gut.

Zum Abschluss haben wir uns jeder eine Eisschokolade bestellt. Im Vanilleeis waren Eiskristalle, das war leider nicht so schön, aber ich bin in einem Gasthaus und keiner Eisdiele, also gibt es dafür auch keinen Abzug.

Alles in allem ein wundervoller Abend dort. Wir rollten anschließend ins hotel.

Für all das und 4 Getränke haben wir etwa 55€ bezahlt. Das war wirklich...
