Ristorante Pizzeria Da Carlo — Restaurant in Verwaltungsverband Schozach-Bottwartal

Felt discriminated, service was terrible, food was ok. I went there alone first, sat down and ordered a simple pizza. It took 1h for the restaurant to serve the pizza, and I am absolutely not exaggerating. I gave the place a second change and went there with a friend. We asked for a table for two, sat down, ordered some drinks and a lasagna for each, some time into the dinner we also ordered a pizza to share. At some point, Carlo comes to us and says we will have to leave soon as they have a reservation, which left us very surprised, but we didn’t care much. 15min later he comes again and says we have to leave as the people from the reservation are waiting. This was the most disrespectful and careless way I have ever been treated in a restaurant or public place for that matter, we asked if he was asking the same to everyone in the restaurant, to which he did not reply. I felt discriminated, as in both occasions I (and my friend in the second case) was the only non-German client in store (I am Portuguese). I absolutely recommend the place if you like bad service, money as your top priority, discrimination, and lack of care for the well being of your clients. Won’t...

Get experience here with fantastic authentic Italian cuisine. Best carbanara I have tried outside Italy. Open on a Sunday. Parking nearby and although the outside terrace is noisy as it's by the main road through town, it's a pretty quiet place during the day....prices are reasonable for the size of portions. Highly recommended the Portofina salad and the Carbanara....

ÜBEL !!!

Wir waren zu dritt bei Da Carlo in Beilstein. Location ist ok, Blumen auf den Tischen mehr als verwelkt - auffällig… Wir hatten drei Nudelgerichte bestellt. Leider merkten wir unabhängig voneinander, dass das Essen fad und geschmacklos - wie Wasser - war. Es sah gut aus aber geschmacklich null. Ist soweit nicht sonderlich schlimm und kann vorkommen. Aber: nachdem wir anständig beim Chef erklärt hatten, was unser Anliegen war, wurde völlig entsetzt reagiert. Der Herr meinte, dass das nicht sein kann. Ich teilte ihm mit, dass er doch bitte von unserem Essen probieren und sich selbst überzeugen sollte, dies machte er aber nicht…. Daraufhin das Unglaubliche, er sagte wörtlich „gehen Sie zum Arzt“ - also nicht nur frech sondern auch nicht kritikfähig und dann folgte ein „wir sollen jetzt gehen…). Dies haben wir dann auch getan !

Ich weiß nicht, woher die anderen guten Bewertungen kommen, ob es nur an einem schlechten Tag vom Koch lag aber Fakt ist: beleidigen lassen und sich rauswerfen lassen ist unterstes...
