Ristorante Pizzeria Amselhof — Restaurant in VVG der Stadt Bad Krozingen

Very poor.... ok on the bright side it’s nice to find a Pizzeria here, but when the service can’t get the order right, look after you (kind of a given when you’re eating out really), and well, the waiters would rather be sitting down with their friends and providing a decent end of service... well I assume you know where this is leading. As far as the pizza and salads are concerned, let me tell you it won’t make you feel like you’re anywhere near Italy. Avoid and save time, money and disappointment.

Oh and let me please finally end this joyful piece of writing by letting you know that they don’t take credit cards, and that the waiters were spotted drinking during service. Do yourself and favour and save yourselves.

As far as your poor response is concerned, please be aware I was referring to the salad one of the guests ordered specifically without onions to due allergy, which you missed totally, also that after realising we ordered salads and pizzas to have at the same we asked kindly asked you to send our pizzas, which took half an hour thanks to a reminder, finally that after 22pm we would have appreciated someone to come and present us with a...

Beim betreten des Lokals wurde ich freundlich empfangen und an einen kleinen Tisch gebeten - es war der einzig kleine Tisch im Restaurant an dem ein einzelner Gast Platz finden konnte (alle andern Tische sind für mehrere Personen ausgelegt) soweit OK. Leider steht der Tisch etwas ungünstig in einem schmalen Durchgang neben einer Säule, dies ist auch der Durchgang für weiter hinten liegenden Tische - da sich da Lokal weiter gefüllt hat war es schon etwas ungünstig wenn andere Gäste doch sehr nah am Tisch vorbei kamen und begutachteten was so auf dem Teller liegt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr nüchtern gehalten - ist aber zweckmäßig. Nun zum Positiven. Die bestellte große Pizza war sehr reichlich belegt (Champignons, Pfifferlinge Speck und Zwiebeln) man sollte schon Hunger mitbringen. Der Teig war knusprig und lecker. Auch der Beilagensalat war sehr üppig. Ob das Dressing, wie in der Karte erwähnt, hausgemacht war kann ich nicht beurteilen - auf jeden Fall hat es gut geschmeckt. Vor allem die Chefin ist wirklich sehr nett und um ihre Gäste sehr bemüht. Bei einem Besuch ist zu beachten, dass Kartenzahlung nicht möglich ist (steht auch an der Eingangstür). Fazit: Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, insbesondere das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als in Ordnung. Beim begleichen der Rechnung gibt es noch eine kleine alkoholische Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses. Ich habe mir einen Amaretto (sehr lecker) gewünscht :-) Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Bad Krozingen werde ich dort wieder einkehren. Noch ein Hinweis: Bei mehr als 2 Personen sollte man...

Had a delicious cheesy pasta romana here. Really enjoyed, the service was good too.

Only thing which kind of sucked was the parking (a bit cramped and difficult/unclear to navigate) and the fact that there were quite a lot of insects, but that is not the restaurants fault, as we chose to sit outside.

Sadly the lamps were turned of when we were sitting there which made the atmosphere a bit...
