A family favorite! Why! A comprehensive regular menu, a "specials" insert, a children's menu with a wide range of dishes. The foods range include all meat varieties, including lamb and fish, as well as vegetarian items. Appetizers are Mediterranean or tapas style; there's even a comprehensive pizza menu! Variety is amazing!

But how's the food? Carefully, mostly freshly prepared, skillfully cooked and presented, large portions, and reasonably to cheaply priced. Service personal are attentive and friendly, reservations are accepted; there's also patio dining.

Good service, lovely interior, good beer on tap, good selection of wines. Need to change menu: as if three people can't compromise on dishes so put everything on (Spanish, Italian, German). Here, octopus salad, chicken schnitzel, paella and ministrone etc. sit oddly together. Had Snails with Cafe de Paris sauce - snails swimming in sauce: didn't pay homage to snails. Cozy corner in a black forest town. Ambience is good, prices are ok, on the menu was a bit too much of everything which is good for variety but I'm not so sure of the quality. Granted, i haven't tried everything on the menu. When I visit such locales, i go for staples of the region that rarely disappoint.
