Also, Location ist sehr angenehm das Restaurant bzw. der Service sehr nett. Das Essen jedoch hat mich total enttäuscht. Frische & Qualität er Speisen geht in Ordnung, jedoch die Würzung und Zubereitung ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Meeresfrüchte kommen komplett unbehandelt auf den Teller und schmecken nur nach Wasser. Tintenfisch ist extrem zäh und kann man nicht einmal mit dem Messer schneiden (kein Scherz, nicht übertrieben - die Messer waren scharf). Carpaccio wird auf der Tages- und Menükarte unterschiedlich beschrieben - ich war der Auffassung das ich rohes Rindfleisch bekomme und nicht geräuchertes Rindfleisch das ohne Vinaigrette angemacht wurde (musste dann das als Gast noch selbst erledigen).

Ich gebe dem Lokal gerne nochmals eine zweite Chance aber erst in einem halben Jahr falls der Zustand bis dahin...
