We have been to this beautiful restaurant a few times. The last two visits had the worst service and diminished the value and enjoyment of the steak lounge. There are not enough staff to provide guests with good and timely service. An extraordinary amount of time passes between ordering and receiving drinks, starters and main courses. This was not a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The service staff, which seemed to consist of one person for the entire steak lounge, was always friendly and pleasant, but due to the nature of the restaurant they cannot provide good service. The manager on duty seems unable to run the place efficiently and is overwhelmed. Additionally, my wife's food was terrible, super fatty and not edible. A steakhouse chef should be able to determine whether meat is fit to eat and not, especially considering the cut of meat and price. They bring you a platter of three different cuts and ages of meat if you want to choose the higher prices meats. The grilled green peppers amazing. Steaks were cooked perfectly: medium rare was exactly that, as was medium or medium well...this is a rare thing to find and highly valued!
