Asiawok Wertheim — Restaurant in Wertheim

The first time I visited the restaurant I had an okay experience (except for toilets that were not particularly clean), but the following visits were not good since the restaurant is understaffed and the service time takes too long to the point where it's not worth it. The only positive thing is that it's a bit cheaper than the other restaurants.

UPDATE: I don't usually take the time to write bad reviews, but I had such a terrible experience so I want to prevent others from experiencing the same. I ordered duck and it was not completely cooked, it was still raw on the inside so I asked the waitress to please change my dish and she argued that the kitchen was too busy and offered to just finish cooking my dish. I told her that I was not going to finish the dish and asked for the bill, they did not even apologize for the inconvenience.

To top it up, as I went to the toilets I saw a big cockroach running down the stairs.

Needless to say, I won't be coming back to...

At first sight, the place looks nice and has a prime location, however, the waitress spoke to us with a bad attitude and the service was pretty slow even though the place wasn't that busy.

On the positive side, the view from the first floor is pretty nice as you can look at the Town's square.

The food okay but it is expensive for what they offer, there are much better optionsin Wertheim. They claim to accept cards, but they insisted on us paying with cash. At the end, we're called out in for not leaving a "Good" tip according to them. I personally don't recommend this restaurant but, hopefully they will work on their issues and improve. I may visit them next time I am in town and update...

Wir waren waren am Vortag eines Feiertages dort abends essen und konten sogar noch ais drei freien Tischen wählen.

Die junge Frau im Service - vermutlich die Tochter der Besitzer - kam seuhr zügig auf uns zu, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat uns schnell einen Platz angeboten und die Karten gebracht. Sie hat uns bereitwillig und ausgeschlossen zu den Gerichten Auskunft gegeben und auch kleine individuelle Wünsche zu den Gerichten waren kein Problem.

Das Essen kam schnell und war heiß. Erfreulicherweise war der Gemüseanteil spürbar höher als bei manch anderen asiatischen Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Die Preise liegen nur etwas höher, was aber in Anbetracht der aktuellen Preissteigerungen vollkommen in Ordnung ist.

Der Speiseraum wirkte durch das sehr helle und fast reinweiße Deckenlicht nicht ganz so gemütlich. Daher hier ein Stern Abzug. Ansonsten war es sauer und ordentlich - so wie man das eben erwartet.
