Kim Lan Asia — Restaurant in Wiesbaden

The food wasn't bad but I couldn't pay with EC card. A big no no for me.For my taste the tofu was a bit overcooked and the vegetables too undercooked. But the veggies were nearly raw and it was based on my friend's request.

I also found them Lukewarm, not friendly and not unfriendly. Not the smiling and humourous communication I am used to at other places. I asked them to pack the food for takeaway. Normally I bring my own boxes to make things easier for the restaurant. This time I forgot to bring boxes

They packed the rice, tofu and veggies altogether like a doggie bag!!! I planned to cook the vegetables at home to make them more tender.I had toothache since the day before and didn't have time to see the dentist yet.

Moreover they didn't give back the small change but understood that I gave them a tip.😡I do give tips but not for the service...

Oh what a nice place!

I went there by the way looking for quick lunch option. But this was a really good choice, I'm not sure how authentic this place is but is is so tasty!

I think (when I remember other Vietnamese restaurants) that the taste they offer here is how it should be. Really tasty, full of little small thing to make your taste buds happy.

Ordered duck on a hot plate (pictured), a starter (sorry do not remember a name now) - kind of dumpling and a Vietnamese ice tee. I recommend all of them.

Bisher war ich mit dem Essen immer zufrieden. Die letzte Bestellung über Lieferando war aber eine Katastrophe. Der Fahrer rief mich an und sagte, dass er die Adresse nicht finden kann, es stellte sich heraus, dass er an eine komplett andere Adresse gefahren war. Sowas kann natürlich immer mal passieren und es wäre ja auch garkein Problem gewesen. er wollte dann eine straße in der nähe wissen und meinte, er wäre gleich da. ich bin dann raus um auf ihn zu warten, damit er nicht noch mehr zeit verliert. nach 5 minuten wurde ich angerufen, ich solle 2 euro extra bezahlen, weil er ja jetzt so lange unterwegs wäre, sein chef hätte ihm das gesagt. da ich damit nicht einverstanden war, wollte er seinen chef nochmal kontaktieren. nach weiteren 10 minuten rief er mich erneut an, er wäre jetzt da. er stand dann noch eine straße weiter, aber ich bin dann zu fuß zu ihm gelaufen. er hielt mir ein handy entgegen, weil sein chef mit mir sprechen wollte. dieser maulte mich über freisprecherdirekt in einem sehr unfreundlichen ton an und teilte mir mit, ich solle doch die extra kosten bezahlen. ich erklärte, dass ich bei meiner bestellung die adresse überprüft habe und diese auch richtig sei. er las die adresse der bestellung vor, es war ebenfalls die richtige. dann meinte er nur zum fahrer, dass der fahrer den fehler gemacht hätte, er zurück kommen und mir das essen geben soll und legte dann direkt auf.

eine entschuldigung gab es nicht, obwohl diese bei so einer behandlung ja mehr als angebracht gewesen wäre. das essen war leider auch kalt. werde nicht mehr...
