Wok & More — Restaurant in Wiesbaden

I have never been more disappointed in my life than when this food arrived. First of all it had 90+ minute delivery time, WHY?! Now to the food. We ordered vastly different dishes and yet they looked and tasted exactly the same except one had sesame seeds on top. The rice was old and crunchy. And the “sauce” was thinner than soup. The food had no flavor. And even though we ordered chicken, it had a total of 2 little pieces in. I’ve never been more angry with a food delivery than this one. Tried calling the restaurant, but nobody to talk to. I want my money back, I refuse to pay for this lousy excuse of a meal. The food was promptly discarded in the trash and we ordered...

Unbelievably bad food. I can't believe I had to pay money for this. The food does not look like anything on the menu. The teriyaki chicken looks like a soup and has no flavor. The honey sesame chicken is the same as the teriyaki chicken, but they added sesame seeds to the soup. I've honestly never had food this bad. The rice was crunchy too. How can they mess up rice? Als Kunde bei Wok & More muss ich leider meine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung hervorheben. Beim Besuch stellten wir fest, dass nicht nur das Fleisch, sondern auch alle anderen Lebensmittel auf unserem Teller nicht frisch waren. Das Fleisch wirkte blass und hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, während das Gemüse schlaff und teilweise sogar verdorben aussah. Sogar die Beilagen wie Reis und Nudeln schienen alt und ausgetrocknet zu sein.

Diese mangelnde Frische der Zutaten hat dazu geführt, dass wir das Essen nicht essen konnten. Es war frustrierend, da wir uns auf ein köstliches Mahl gefreut hatten und mit solch minderwertigen Lebensmitteln konfrontiert wurden. Die Erfahrung war nicht nur ungenießbar, sondern auch unhygienisch.

Als zahlender Kunde erwarte ich, dass ein Restaurant wie Wok & More höchste Standards bei der Auswahl und Zubereitung der Zutaten einhält. Es ist enttäuschend zu sehen, dass dies in diesem Fall nicht der Fall war. Es ist wichtig, dass das Restaurant dringend Maßnahmen ergreift, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Lebensmittel frisch und von hoher Qualität sind.
