Mango And Wheat — Restaurant in Accra

Today I grabbed breakfast at Mango and Wheat for the second time and it was a delightful experience again. I just rated the place on my first visit but today I intend giving a detailed review 😂. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to start the day. The menu offered a fantastic array of breakfast options to suit all tastes and dietary preferences. I opted for Chicken and Tuna sandwich and fresh watermelon and lemonade juice 🥤 and it was prepared to perfection, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. I spotted freshly prepared assorted salads in the fridge as well. What truly stood out was the attention to detail in presentation and the use of locally sourced and fresh ingredients. Whether you’re a fan of classic breakfast choices or looking for something more unique, Mango and Wheat has you covered. I left the restaurant feeling not only full but also rejuvenated, thanks to the great food and pleasant ambiance. Update 4/25/24: I honestly can no longer recommend Mango & Wheat. It's so sad, as this use to be a "go to spot" of mine. The quality of the food has significantly diminshed. It is over prices, the portions have shrunk by 30% and the taste is awful. I bought a meat pie and there was, at the very most, a tablespoon of meat. The pie was all flour. The cold cases were empty and the hot food was unappetizing...dry dry dry. Do not waste your time or money.

This is an overhype breakfast and brunch spot. Their meals are extremely overpriced for the quality you get. Got about 5 types of their sandwiches and they were very basic. Their salads lacked flavor and their juices wasn’t giving.

Customer Service was extremely POOR! Our server kept engaging with an attitude and he wasn’t friendly at all. Spent 230gh for meals that left me disappointed.

Their space however is beautiful! Both outdoor and indoor exterior was on point.
