A Fantastic Experience at The Hangout - A Perfect Blend of ambience, Variety, and Warmth! I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Hangout with my team of 14 people, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the stunning location and beautiful ambient lighting that set the perfect mood for a delightful afternoon.

The Hangout offers a wide array of options with their all-you-can-eat buffet, providing something for everyone's palate. While the food was deemed "OK," the sheer variety to choose from more than made up for it. It's great for groups as it caters to diverse tastes, making sure everyone leaves satisfied.

What truly sets The Hangout apart is its exquisite sitting areas, adorned with a tasteful mix of antique and chic furniture that adds to the place's charm. The thoughtfully designed decor created a very pleasant environment that enhanced our dining experience.

One highlight of our visit was the DJ who curated an outstanding playlist, setting the mood for an awesome afternoon. The music perfectly complemented the ambience, and we couldn't help but immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere.

Though we had to wait for about 30 minutes for our all-you-can-eat session to start, it was well worth it. To our surprise, the staff offered us complimentary drinks on the house as an apology for the slight delay. Such a gesture of hospitality truly impressed us.

The owner of The Hangout added a personal touch to our visit. She was warm, engaging, and made us feel at home. It's evident that she takes great pride in her establishment and ensures that guests have a memorable time.

Furthermore, the manager was equally commendable, always ready to lend a helping hand and address any concerns promptly. The attentive staff made sure our needs were met, which only added to the overall positive experience.

The place was virtually empty on Monday night and yet the service was so bad!! The server did his best but it was mainly due to very poor planning on the part of management. Half of the items we ordered weren't available but the server didn't know this upfront, we put in the order, 15 mins later he came back saying they didn't have many of the stuff we wanted and it was because they had had a busy weekend; they were going to be restocking the next day. Why not just close on Monday then and use the break to stock up on everything? Or at least make sure your servers know what items on the menu aren't available!

We ordered pizza, server told us it was available , an hour later he came back saying they couldn't find the chef to make the pizza (there were 2 chefs available, only one can make the pizza)

We ordered a drink, 1st one was good but when we ordered a 2nd one, they had run out of the original rum, bartender just decided on his own to replace it with coconut rum without checking with us 1st, it was only when we complained that the 2nd drink tasted different from the 1st one before the bartender admitted to using a different rum.....the person taking the drink was allergic to coconut. SMH!

The Hangout is NOT a place to hangout (not on a Monday...

Went for Saturday “all you can eat” which apparently is “all you can wait”. Although the food wasn’t bad the service was horrible. Waited for 40 minutes to just get a waiter, another 30 minutes for drinks, that is just overpriced. The first food literally took forever to reach which was a serving of 5 wings. Can’t complain of the taste, it was good, but we were told you can choose a flavor (spoiler: u can’t). For the second serving we waited more than an hour and got half of the first one that on top of that looked like it begged for it. The owner said “she will take care of us” and vanished. On this event you pay before you eat. So we payed while entering, they came so fast to chop ur money but to give us change- nah. Had to wait all the time and argue for it.

Rate this experience 1/10, the food is good but impossible to wait, wait time is crazy. We left...
