La Casa Bar and Bistro — Restaurant in Greater Accra Region

I was looking for a place to have breakfast near my destination and found this place. It definitely is tucked away but it's such a nice space. I wish I had time to go back before my Ghana trip ends. Going in the morning on a weekday meant it was quiet, which was nice. I had French toast and an omelet, which were very yummy. Also a mocktail. The owner also stopped in and chatted for a bit which was nice. It's clear that her goal is to have great food, ambiance, and superb service. She pays attention to details and is clearly dedicated to holding her staff to high standards.

I came here on my visit to Ghana 🇬🇭 and the food 🥘 is delicious 🤤 superb fresh and tasty 😋 I was overwhelmed with the flavors from the grilled fish 🐟 it was amazing and the customer service was superb… the food has been so incredibly good. The atmosphere at La Casa is really good, there was some talented trumpeter who played some really cool night music.

For my meal, I ordered jollof rice and grilled chicken which both were delicious. Also, I had a cup of tea though it would have been even good to have an option of milk included.

The service was top notch, the server who attended to me checked in a number of times to ensure everything was to my satisfaction and to see if I needed anything else....
