This review is only for the restaurant, I have not stayed there. I have been to eat here many times and used to recommend it to everyone, but I won’t be anymore after our experience tonight. We ordered the hot and sour soup (usually very good) vegetable, and it came full of shrimp (usually it definitely is not). We ordered the sizzling bean curd (my favorite dish, I always order it because it’s DELICIOUS), and instead of bringing that they brought sizzling squid. Thank goodness neither of us are allergic to squid because we didn’t even know it was squid, just bit into it and made that unpleasant discovery. When I tried to correct the order to make sure we wouldn’t be charged for the squid (a 20 cedi difference) the waiter guilted me about it, saying he would just have to pay the difference personally out of pocket. I asked if I could speak to his manager then to correct the mistake to make sure he wouldn’t have to pay for it himself and he said no nothing could be done he’d just have to pay for it. So we not only did not get the dish we wanted/ordered (the squid was fine but I would never choose it), and they did not bring us the correct dish we actually WANTED, so rather than correcting the mistake we actually had to pay for the dish we didn’t even want. Not professional and a very disappointing...
Read moreGreetings from New York My husband and I, along with our two children stayed at Noble House for 2 weeks. We had a great experience. The professionalism, customer service, respect/mannerism, quality of food was top notch. From the management, security, front desk staff to house keeping, everyone was excellent. It's a kid friendly environment and having the restaurant there was a plus for our kids. The price was also reasonable. We will definitely come back and will recommend to friends and family.
Only downside was when the network/ internet went down. I was working remote so that was very important to me. But after some time, the internet was up and running.
THANK YOU NOBLE house for making our stay and experience a...
Read moreDON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!!! We got to Kumasi very late and all the popular hotels were booked. A family member recommended Noble house hotel to us and I wish they hadn't. The owners apparently don't know what bleach is. The sheets were dirty, towels had brown streaks on them and the bathroom was so dirty. The people at the front desk don't know how to say hello to customers or smile to make up for the horrible rooms they are giving to customers. If you ever arrive in Kumasi and don't have a place to stay, sleep in your car or sleep outside. It's better than risking an infection by staying at...
