Cahaya Lounge — Restaurant in Greater Accra Region

I recently dined at this lovely restaurant and had a generally enjoyable experience. The food was truly delicious, and the waiters were attentive and friendly. They did their best to ensure that our needs were met throughout the meal.

However, there was one area that left room for improvement: the kitchen's timing. We were told that our food would be ready in 15 minutes, but it actually took 30 minutes to arrive. While I understand that delays can happen, I feel that it's essential to be transparent about wait times.

Great venue, beautiful art paintings displayed-location is very convenient and food is fantastic however had to give 3stars because service is key to me and I’m afraid they failed on a few occasions when I’ve gone there for breakfast. You are ignored for a long period of time and had to get up to the counter for service, waiter with shorthair always moody and never smiles, a wrong order was made and instead of a simple sorry we will fix it, was rather passing blame with a mood. This is a nice afternoon spot with friends and family, with very good food and cocktails at an affordable price.

There was a young boy there with his dad, when I was there, he was running around and no one minded, in fact his energy added to the occasion. You don’t see kids out much in such establishments in Accra, so it was nice to see that he was welcomed.

You’ve got to try the grilled octopus, it’s the best I’ve had anywhere, as are the chicken kebabs.

Lovely staff, but my bills have been messed up both times I’ve been there.
