Flicks & Licks T-Junction — Restaurant in Greater Accra Region

Extremely Disappointed – Never Again I placed an order for 5 shawarmas at 7:00 PM and by 10:00 PM, I still hadn't received any updates. I called to check on the status and was told they were "still preparing my order" — three whole hours just to make shawarma? I called back again at 11:00 PM, only to be given the same flimsy excuse. Then at 11:30 PM, a customer service rep called and said I could request for Yango to pick up my order because they had no riders available. I went ahead and ordered the rider myself, only for him to get there and be told the food was still not ready. The rider handed the phone to someone at the location who was incredibly rude and dismissive. Eventually, I got the food — and it was the WRONG order. I requested a refund, and was flatly told that wasn't possible. This entire experience was a complete disaster. No professionalism, no communication, no accountability. Just frustration from start to finish. I’m beyond disappointed, and I’ll definitely never order...

I was excited to try this place! I traveled about an hour to get there. I ordered. They got my order wrong. I didn’t want the sauce on my loaded fries and the cashier told me that they couldn’t do that. I let it go..they didn’t include my chicken suya. I let that go….I waited for over an hour to get my food only for the people who ordered after me to get theirs first. (We ordered the same thing) at that point I didn’t want the food anymore bc I felt blatantly disrespected especially when the chef was looking at me wait the whole time. (Keep in mind it wasn’t a line so it’s not like orders were backed up.) The lady chef was rude. Tbh, the fries are mid at best. Loaded fries shouldn’t take longer than 20 mins to be made especially when most of the toppings are already made. I wouldn’t recommend this...

FLICKS ‘N’ LICKS RESTAURANT This restaurant is located in such a serene environment, kind of semi-residential with some commercial activities. It is quite conducive for relaxation. Flicks ‘n’ Licks may look small but it’s big in terms of its food menu. Ghanaian and other African cuisines are served here. Talk of Suya (beef, chicken, ram), Jollof rice and Fried rice, Chicken shawarma, you name it. I settled for Chicken suya and fried yam. OMG, what a taste!!! The taste was top notch. The Chef is on top of his game. The food was so delicious, it left an unforgetable experience in my mouth. I recommend Flicks ‘n’ Licks to you if you happen to live in or around Achimota, Mile 7 T-Junction or you are only passing through. Drop by and try it...
