BlackBox Restaurant — Restaurant in Northern Region

My friends and I called for to go for a dinner and we arrived late and not to the agreed time they were waiting for us we sat down they brought our food asked what we like to to drink we told them and just when we started eating a waitress walked to us with the check to pay we asked her can she allow us to eat she left and another one came back with the check again asking us to pay because they want to close we were like what’s going on here we send her back and she came back with the cashier she walking to us with a angry face she started using very offensive words we got really upset asked them to call the manager btw manager came watching to be rude to us and he couldn’t say a word I’m like seriously we stopped eating the food and paid them and left I never want to step a foot there again and I have heard few people complained about the manager and the workers there this is not a good sign for a business customer is always right …when I want to eat I want to eat peacefully this blackbox workers don’t respect...

Went to have dinner here with my friends and the service was terrible. Shortly after our dinner came, the light went out . We waited for almost an hour before it came again . The surrounding area had lights even when the restaurant’s lights were off. It went off again .. and still the surrounding area had lights No staff came to even explain anything to us Or see if we needed anything She rather came to tell us after the light came back the second time that they wanted to close This was somewhere 10pm..we had just started eating when she came And we asked her to bring some packs She brought it and left We packed the food our selves She never came back after taking her money . Whiles packing and trying to get some photos The security came to turn off the lights and asked us to leave .

I’m not even mad about you wanting to close cos it’s late But your lights goes off twice and you didn’t even think to talk to you customers We were the only ones there by the way .

This is a wonderful place. However, management needs to work on the following: They had no gulder and served only miniclub. For the prices, being charged, it is unacceptable. They run out of Yam! How possible? In Tamale? They charged for packaging the extra food. For the prices being charged for the food, please, don't charge for the package. The music is too loud. I don't think the target clientele like the type of...
