The Glebe Central Pub is a place that the Ottawa Soccer Community is more than fortunate enough to call home. Blair has welcomed the Capital City Supporters Group, the Voyageurs and Arsenal Ottawa with open arms and allowed us to grow soccer in Ottawa by screening soccer games that elsewhere are harder to find on TV in the Ottawa-Gatineau area. This pub is host to matches such as; The Canadian Women's and Men's National Soccer Team games, Atletico Ottawa away games, Arsenal Soccer games, everything World Cup and many more great events. Not only is this Pub the place to watch broadcast and streamed matches but also the place to experience the pregame and post match Atletico Ottawa gameday atmosphere. The Glebe Central Pub truly is Ottawa's Temple of the World's Game and there truly isn't a better Pub in this city to catch a footy match. The Glebe Central Pub is not only the home of soccer but a great place for friends to share their time together in a true public house. The Glebe Central Pub hosts great events such as live music, open mic nights, Trivia, RedBlacks pregame, Senators Gameday fun and much more. The Glebe Central Pub patio offers a unique and vibrant outdoor pub experience. The staff are always amazing at the Glebe Central Pub and there is always a great selection of food and drinks. The Glebe Central Pub is a place I strongly recommend visiting.

Always good service and friendly staff at middle of glèbe. Usually come here in the evenings so abundance of free street parkings after 5:30 pm. The space is divided into 2 sections…one with bar and an event stage and the other side darts and more quiet section. Both sections are in full view as you walk in….. so if you want a quieter environment, left side is what you want to avoid the lousy crowd at the bar or event attendees. one interesting dish is scotch eggs…not many pubs serve them and it is a must try. ( scotch egg is soft boiled egg wrapped on sausage and coated in breadcrumb). Must try.

It’s been a tough season for the REDBLACKS season. After the last home game, walked up Bank Street to the Glebe Central Pub. Admittedly, it’s still strange to see a packed restaurant, but also great to see friends and fans gather post-game. The game day menu, while limited, made sure it had something to fill the hunger void. All the safety protocols were in place (vaccination check, etc). The service was attentive and quick, especially considering the place was hoping. I’m looking forward to next season, but in the meantime, I’ll be visiting here again.

Fry strength is very important in a poutine like this as a good scaffolding for such premium ingredients and Gcp shoestring fries do NOT dissapoint. All I can say is WOW! This is my new favorite place to go and I definitely reccomend coming by next time you’re in the glebe. If not for the Gcp poutine, at least for the atmosphere. Everyone seems so friendly and welcoming. It’s like I’ve known everyone for years. What an experience!!

Was omw to another pub before their special menu written outside made me want to give it a try, and they didn’t disappoint me. Everything tastes AMAZING. Chicken corn chowder, lamb shank, fried chicken sandwich and my fav Mill Street. All the meals are off the special menu. Meats are tender and flavourful. Soup is great. It’s a shame that these are all rotating dish! I’ll definitely come again for next round of special menu <3

I recently tried the poutine at this cute little spot. It cost around $30, but unfortunately, the quality didn’t live up to the price. The ingredients seemed overcooked, giving the impression that they might have mixed leftovers to create the dish. Despite the food, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the place itself has a charming atmosphere. I hope they improve the food quality because the overall vibe is great!
