First of all,the restaurant is under new management this year. Renovations have been done to the dining area, and a modern aesthetic has been created. This change has translated also,to the menu,in regards also in the quality as well as the pricing. All the dishes were beautifully presented and the plates themselves were contemporary and stylish. But unfortunately, the food itself, textures and taste, failed to deliver the gastronomical profile they are obviously aspiring for. In specifics, we ordered two salads, which were nothing special,in comparison to the price that was extremely high for what the salad itself was, and the one of them (the one with the honeyed peaches) was so acidic that it was burning our throats. On top of that, the baby arugula that it had, had long stems on them that were hard to swallow. The combination of ingredients of both salads were towards the “safe” point, and we found them uninspired. We had fava, which was okay, but again nothing special, a dish with veal in a yogurt sauce that tasted as if a granny from a village had just cooked it,very old fashioned (and i say this because obviously they are trying to blend tradition with modernity). The meat itself, was very dry,and chewy. The sauce was okay, but blunt. We ordered fried calamari.it came extremely salty, and we returned it because of that. After like 5 minutes they informed us,that the whole batch was overly salted when they were unfreezing the calamari and after a sincere apology from the waiter he took it off the bill as he couldn’t offer a normally salted portion of it. We had also, the seabass carpaccio, which surprisingly was one of the few highlights of the meal. Balanced, inspired, and fresh. Octopus on the grill, was a joke. One small tentacle, for the price of 18 euros. Taste was just okay. But the pickled onion that was accompanying it has no place there. Last,we got traditional simple anchovies, which were okay. We tried all the desserts, lemon, orange and chocolate pie. Big portions, expensive prices, and they were okay except the orange pie, which was feeling cheap, repetitive, and utterly boring. Nice selection of sorbet icecreams though. The best part of the experience was the professionalism of the staff and their impeccable service. Our expectations were high, due to the buzz around the renewed place, but we were disappointed. It still feels like a tavern, albeit a modernized one,and the prices certainly dont reflect the quality or the level that you are actually paying for. We would not visit again. When you put such extravagant prices, make sure to offer the same quality of product and tasteful and fresh combinations of...

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but my visit turned out to be a huge disappointment. The service was atrocious from the moment we walked in. The hostess was indifferent, and we waited over 20 minutes to be seated despite having a reservation. Once we were finally seated, our server took an eternity to acknowledge us, and when they did, they were inattentive and rude.
The food was equally disappointing. I ordered the signature dish, expecting something special, but what arrived was a bland, lukewarm mess. The ingredients tasted stale, and the presentation was unappetizing. My companion’s meal was no better – overcooked and lacking in flavor. For the prices they charge, I expected much higher quality.
As for the atmosphere, it was chaotic and uncomfortable. The restaurant was overcrowded and incredibly noisy, making it impossible to enjoy any conversation. The décor, which looked charming online, was actually tired and in desperate need of a refresh.
Overall, this was a thoroughly unenjoyable dining experience. Between the poor service, subpar food, and uninviting atmosphere, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for a better...
Read moreFood tasted amazing , we got the ribeye and the shrimp pasta . Ribeye was cooked perfectly, shrimp pasta was such an amazing combination of flavours , I recommend it 100% . The waiters where very observant and brought things without us even asking ( for example my hands where dirty from the shrimps and he brought me a wet paper towel) . Now for the negative part ... We where greeted with water which we obviously knew we where going to be charged for it since it was bottled and 4-5 slices of bread which on both of these items we didn't ask for . We received the bill after we where done eating and to our suprise we see a 2€ charge for the water (which is to be expected ) and 4€ for the bread ...4€ for 4 slices of bread we didn't even...
