We are in Athens for a few days before a cruise and have a friend who lives here. He asked where we wanted to eat, so we said wherever he liked. We wanted an authentic Greek experience, and he responded, “I have just the place”. A quick ride on the metro and a short walk, and we were there. Run by a mother and son, this was an incredible experience. We were welcomed as friends and left as family. We left the ordering to our friend and had more than enough. The breads, tzatziki, salads, and entrees are each better than the last. I apologize, but I don’t have all the names. The Greek chicken salad and traditional Greek salads were fantastic. Everything was served family style. Chicken and mushrooms, pork chops in gravy, eggplant, get them all, but make sure you’re hungry. House wine and spirits are a must....

We are Italians. We suggest you this stunning little restaurant in the neighbourhood of metro station of Panormou. Here you can find a fantastic homemade cuisine served with kindness and very quickly. There is a big choice of traditional Greek dishes. We recommend you to try the chicken with mushroom, rice and whiskey cream . But also all the salads especially the Greek one and the salad with orange and figs. I forget, the price are very honest! Very disappointed , we waited 2:30 to get the food wich is unacceptable without any valid excuse. They bring only 4 plates out of 7 dishes. They trick us to pay cash even tho they told us it was ok to pay by card. And finally after we explain them the problem the owner (chef) they had the oddacity to tell us to not come back if we don't like the place . For sure we will never...
