From a gal that has visited quite a lot of pubs while living for 5 years in the UK: awesome attempt to bring the true pub spirit in Greece. The first place in Greece that I have visited, that can proudly carry the "pub" definition.
DrINKS: I personally do not drink beer and cannot comment on that, but my boyfriend happens to be a beer aficionado, and he thinks that they have a great variety of beer at the Wee Dram. They also offer Murphy on draft, which is quite important. They offer a great variety of whiskeys, I saw some pretty impressive bottles I had never encountered before. They also offer a Scottish warmer, which you should try. If anything, I would only suggest the addition of some more cider brands, since when I visited, they could only offer me strongbow. I would definitely add some pear cider too. Magners , kopparberg, bulmers or my fave stowford press. I realise cider is a very new product to the Greek market, therefore I imagine it is quite difficult to get your hands on different brands, just my 2 pence....
FOOD : oh, "food, glorious food, hot sausage and mustard" as is a famous lyric from "Oliver" the musical....food at the wee dram is overwhelmingly glorious, definitely British, it comes in heaps, it is well cooked, well served, fairly priced and will not keep you waiting long..... we ordered a calzone, a celtic warrior sandwich, and the thickly cut chips with lush chilly chilli con carne on the top.... everything was scrumptious!
FOOD 4 VEGETARIANS : being a vegetarian in Greece I feel utterly disrespected and ignored all the time. Well , not at the Wee Dram! Quite a few inviting dishes to choose from, made me feel pampered. The Quorn chilli con carne I ordered was so amazing, even my meat loving boyfriend appreciated it! They also offer sauaages by Linda McCartney , and I am definitely getting a veggie dog next tune! Linda McCartney and quorn make the best -and most expensive- fake meat on the market! The Wee Dram clearly cares about offering quality vegetarian options. Well done on that one, I am impressed.
Service : service is fast and effective, courteous and all the people are kind and polite. I asked about where I could find Quorn in Athens and the owner approached us and have us so much information.
Overall feeling: the overall feeling in the pub is great, sadly today the temperature was 0 degrees, so we could not enjoy the outside party of the pub, or enjoy one of the typical pub tables. I would like to see the addition of some normal chairs and tables inside as well, as sitting on a pub stool/chair for a long time can be uncomfortable.
Definitely want to try a big fry up breakfast as well.. If you are nostalgic about England our if you want to check out what a pub really feels like, pay the Wee Dram a visit.
Also, smoke free environment. So important for non smokers...

Even though it's a local pub , Wee Dram Scottish Pub offers a truly distinctive experience with its English-speaking bartender, adding an unexpected twist to your night out. The IPA draft choices are a highlight, though the lager selection is a bit limited, and Weiss aficionados might find their options wanting. While complimentary peanuts are absent, the cozy atmosphere more than compensates, enveloping patrons in a charming ambiance.
This pub strikes an appealing balance—always bustling yet never uncomfortably crowded—making it an ideal setting for a relaxed evening with friends. Classic pub music selections contribute to the overall ambiance, creating a welcoming vibe. The self-service option adds an element of independence to your visit, allowing patrons to enjoy the experience at their own pace.
What sets Wee Dram apart is its addition of excellent pizza choices, expanding the culinary offerings beyond the traditional pub fare. This addition is a delightful surprise, providing a tasty alternative for those seeking more than just snacks. Whether you're there for the well-chosen draft options or to savor their newfound pizza delights, Wee Dram Scottish Pub successfully blends Scottish charm with Greek hospitality, ensuring a memorable and unique pub outing that caters to a diverse...
Read moreVery attentive staff the bartender was very polite and knew a lot about scotch which as you can guess is a must for a true Scottish pub. We went there for beer and not only did they deliver good old Scottish beer (skull something I don't remember) but they also delivered some very big plates of food. We went in for drinks and came out with a full belly. All the staff was very polite but again props to the bartender with the pony tail. The boss of the place, Ross, who we had the pleasure to meet was also very polite and to his credit worked along with his crew to serve costumers. To sum up a good joint who I'm sure every home-sick Scotsman would want to visit with very polite and attentive staff, good food good beer and good whiskey, bring some good company and you will have a hell of a time. No wonder the place is...
