Kriel Suites by Liv Homes — Hotel in Athens

We booked two rooms and was only sent lockbox information for one of the rooms. We booked one triple room and one double WITH a balcony. We accessed the triple room then had to call an out of hours number for the second (luckily I’m able to make calls in Greece but not all tourists would be able to do this) I was then given information for the second room and when I went inside it was dirty and had no balcony (see pictures). I called them back and informed them of this and they gave me information for another lock box. When I accessed this room I told the customer service woman on the phone that this room is clean but it still doesn’t have a balcony. Kept arguing with me and saying no it’s correct I can send you confirmation if you don’t believe me. I know I booked a triple and a double room with a balcony. When we saw the photos we thought Wow! Obviously taken with wide angle lens! Room was absolutely tiny, looked very smart and clean!|Then we tried to put my husband's meds in the fridge( he had just been discharged from hospital)|Fridge did not work, smelled mouldy and dirty|We had to fill up the sink with cold water to keep stuff cool!|The water heater only gave just warm water, so no shower|The coffee machine was dirty inside, had to flush 3 times before I dare make a cup!|No draining board|No dish cloth|No tea towel|No spare toilet or bin bags|Bed was comfy so one plus point|If I seehad been on my own there was no way I could have reached any crockery from the cupboard, was way too high!|All in all we wanted an evening of luxury before the flight home to Crete after a week of hospital, the apartment we had stayed in could not accommodate an unexpected day before our flight|The area leaves a lot to be desired,would not like to walk...

Definitely a wonderful experience. I have not been expecting, that for this price , in the middle of the summer season, you can have such a nice place to stay in such a nice area of Athens. We stayed for 1 night only , but we will be definitely returning to Kriel Suits next time we will be in Athens.
