Spring Rolls — Restaurant in Athens

The best way i could possibly describe this place is mediocre. The atmosphere is sweet and quite lovely and the service was excellent while the food is the main factor that decreases this place's quality. Ive been a customer for a while now and this was only a problem the last two times we visited. We ordered the vegetable chow mein, ginger chicken, ebi tempura maki, chicken with cashews, beef fillet with teriyaki sauce and green tea (along with the szechuan shirmps to go). the ginger chicken, ebi tempura maki and beef fillet were very mediocre and not anything special, 2.5/5 . though the fillet is not worth the price. the chicken with cashews is just fine, a solid 3/5. On the other hand the veggie chow mein was just outright tasteless and unimpressive, not even worth the cheap 5€ it costs in my opinion, 1/5. The green tea too was very bland and tasted like just plain hot water, though i am not an expert on tea so it might just be like that. Not my cup of tea, as one would say, 2/5. And lastly, the szechuan shrimps we got to go, though i tried very little, were the best dish they offered, a very deserved 4/5. Overall, everything was just fine except the food. Other than bland and not worth it, the portions are quite generous, making the price understandable at least. Highlight of the night was most definitely the waiter because he was extremely friendly while also staying professional, efficient and very understanding. Such an excellent staff member. Though i would not reccomend to anyone or visit myself again, i think if this restaurant is in your neighborhood, its worth a try. I wouldnt say its worth going out of your way to visit though. Συμπαθητικό για συνοικιακό μαγαζί με καλές τιμές . Οσοι γνωρίζουν απο Ασιατική κουζίνα κι έχουν φάει σε καλά κι ακριβα εστιατόρια στην Ελλαδα και στο εξωτερικό θα διαπιστωσουν οτι ειναι πολυ μακριά γευστικα απο τα αυθεντικα κινεζικα . Αυτοι που δεν εχουν εμπειρια απο καλή Ασιατική Κουζινα και είναι άσχετοι θα το βρουν υπεροχο !! Παντως επειδη διαβασα σχολια που εγραφαν οτι ειναι το καλυτερο κινεζικο στην Αθηνα , μαλλον δεν εχουν ξαναφάει αλλου !! Τα καλυτερα Ασιατικα στην Αθηνα ειναι Red Dragon : Κηφισιά , Γλυφάδα Vietnam : Π.Φάληρο , Νέα Μάκρη Kowloon : Γλυφάδα ( για μενα κορυφαίο 👌 ) Παλιά υπήρχε το κορυφαίο Far East σε Συνταγμα , Κηφισια , Γλυφάδα και το Απιστευτο πολυνηδιακο kona kai στο Leedra mariot με 200€ το ατομο αλλα με μεθυστικη κουζινα !!! Παντως αυτο το μαγαζακι για να πας να φας φθηνα να χορτάσεις στον μπουφε κσι να φυγεις καλο ειναι !!! Εχει και σουσι αλλα με ανυπαρκτη ποικιλια . Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα το καλύτερο πιάτο του : Beef sizzling . Πικάντικο καυτερό μοσχαράκι στο μαντεμι. Πολύ μεγάλη η μερίδα ( για πακέτο ) πεντανόστιμο και με σούπερ τιμή , μόνο 7.50€ ενώ τα περισσότερα το έχουν πάνω από 9.00€ το συγκεκριμένο πιάτο . VERY delicious food. The restaurant is a buffet - you pay 14€ for entry and eat as much as you want. You can pick from ~15 amazing asian dishes. The manager was very welcoming and nice, explained all we needed to know, with a patient and calm voice. The place itself is very cozy and chill.
