Le Moon in Litochoro is a stunning seaside spot — modern, stylish, and ideal for a relaxing. The location is excellent, and everything from the food to the atmosphere feels thoughtfully designed and inviting.
We visited multiple times during our stay, and each visit was enjoyable. The Cowboy Smash Burger was flavorful and satisfying — a solid choice if you’re craving a good burger by the sea. The Backyard Smash Burger was also good, though not close to the Cowboy. The Caesar Salad was super fresh and full of flavor, and the desserts were excellent — both the Chocolate Soufflé and the Cheesecake were 5 out of 5. Rich, balanced, and beautifully presented.
We also had cocktails like the Le Patron and Purple Strike Goose Special — both well-made and delicious. Huge shoutout to Dionis, the bartender at the bar — absolutely one of the best bartenders out there. Friendly, attentive, skilled, and with great energy, always makes sure everyone feels welcomed. He’s a big part of what makes the experience at Le Moon so enjoyable.
On several visits, we relaxed on the bed-style sunbeds in the first row — they were comfortable and offered a great view of the sea. We also used the other sunbeds multiple times, which were equally comfortable, each shaded by three sun umbrellas.
The bed-style sunbeds require a minimum spend of about €50, while the others are available with regular ordering.
However, I have to take off one star due to an unfortunate interaction with a staff member who claimed to be a supervisor. He smirked and behaved disrespectfully while trying to convince us that the pool costs €15–30 per person, despite Dionis having clearly explained that, from Monday to Friday, all you need to do is order something to use the pool and sunbeds — with bottle reservations only required on weekends, which is standard practice.
Instead of addressing our questions professionally, this so-called supervisor implied that our access was a privilege granted because we were “good guys,” and he suggested his boss instructed him to sometimes allow guests who don’t order to stay — which only made the situation more confusing. If this policy is true, it’s unclear why guests would be asked to pay €30 upfront. This inconsistent and seemingly selective approach comes across as an attempt to pressure tourists into spending more than necessary, which is disappointing for a beach bar of this caliber. The poor attitude of the staff member overshadowed an otherwise great spot. Because of this, I won’t be returning despite the great food...
Read moreMediterranian sandwich was alright (although it looked nothing like on a picture) but I literally cannot remember when I saw slower service. Every order takes at least 30 minutes. To be fair there probably aren’t enough waiters but the ones that do work here are also slow.
The curly haired guy seemed so lost at one point that he wasted several minutes walking around looking like he has no idea what he could do and that was 10-15 minutes after we ordered. He was probably questioning who he is and what is the purpose of this strange world around us.
The other guy in a beige shirt was just slowly taking orders and got lost for about 5-10 minutes nowhere to be seen. I don’t think any of those people got anything they ordered as of yet.
The girl that apparently also works here we only saw bring something once or twice.
One good thing is that they all seem to be nice so the only complaint is their speed.
Homemade lemonade is not homemade (it’s a factory carbonated drink like Schweppes). Beer is only sold in 0.33 bottles and we got different one than we ordered but at least it was cold. I’d tell you if coffee is any good but I’m not sure we’ll get it...
Read moreExcellent parking conditions, very confortable sunbeds, great customer skill for the staff. Prices are fair . What’s really bad has nothing to do with the beach bar itself but with the beach and sea at this location: lots of stones, you re going to have to wear proper water shoes, definitelly not good for the kids because the water gets very deep suddenly after 8-10 meters and there are big waves coming down . Water is clear compared with olimpic beach , but still is not a good location for proper snorkeling. If you have kids, stay away from this location. What a waste of a good beach bar for a nasty...
