We visited the hotel and its restaurant for the first time in early September 2025. We left with the best impressions and the intention to return. We had the opportunity to do so at the end of October. During our stay, we ate at the restaurant two nights in a row and had the opportunity to try more dishes. One of the best choices in Northern Greece, including Thessaloniki. Modern, creative cuisine. Delicious and beautifully presented dishes. Fresh ingredients, lots of textures, wonderful flavors. From the main courses, I particularly enjoyed the chicken fillet (incredibly juicy and delicious) with celery root, the sea bass fillet with zucchini textures and baby squid. From the desserts, I was thrilled with the Macedonian halva mousse. It was so high quality, original, and delicious that it was chosen three times! Bravo to chef Apostolis Koumantzias! Moreover, Kristina was exceptional in her service, ready to advise and listen to customers. She had complete knowledge of the dishes on the menu and was naturally and professionally polite.
