Ellinikon Gefsipoleion — Restaurant in Drama Municipality

We stopped for lunch there. The staff was amazing - two polite young men, smiling, helpful, were speaking pretty well English. We were greeted and seated, served right away. They brought us the English menu, we got a bottle of water for a start and later bread with our food. We ordered a prawn pasta, chicken souvlaki, caprese salad and fried zucchini. The food was amazing, everything was delicious and arrived pretty quickly. Most of the food seemed homemade and fresh. At the end we received complementary dessert, which was AMAZING and altogether with the drinks payed 60 euros for 4 people (still surprised with the price, we feel like they forgot to charge us for something). The food was amazing, very tasty. There was a great selection on the menu to choose from, ranging from fish to meat to pasta and risotto. The linguini with mushrooms and truffle oil that I ordered was certainly a highlight, but the dishes of all family members left us very pleased. A steak we ordered was cooked exactly as we asked for. The service was great and the waiters attentive. The prices were normal to low, and given the quite big portions, one could say all dishes were inexpensive. Έκλεισα τραπέζι για να πάω να δοκιμάσω την μπριζόλα tomahawk με την παρεα μου. Εχω τες ακούσει κριτικές φίλων για το κατάστημα αυτο μου κίνησε το ενδιαφέρων να το επισκεφτώ.

Να πω την αληθεια δεν με εντυπωσίασε ούτε το σέρβις ούτε η ποιότητα. Ειναι αλλο ενα ακριβό μαγαζί χωρις κατι απο τα παραπανω.

Το 2ο αστέρι το πήρε μονο και μονο απο μια εντυπωσιακή σαλάτα «Γλάστρα» που δεν αναγράφετε στο μενού ούτε ξέρουμε και ποσο κόστιζε φυσικά. Ξέρω οτι απο αλλες επιλογές σε καταστήματα για τις μπριζόλες tomahawk όπως και αλλα special κομμάτια εχει κάποια επιδείξει να σε ρωτήσουν πως να την κόψουν κτλπ. Σε εμάς ήρθε κομμένη όπως το rebeye και ενω παρεγκειλα medium rare ήρθε μισή μισή medium rare με medium. Πολυ λάθος για ενα τετοιο προϊον.

Στο θέμα τιμής, ποιοτητας & service θα έβαζα 2 στα 5 Αναγράφει την τιμή 45€/κιλό και πήραμε με βάση την κράτηση μας 1.5 κιλό που δεν ήταν τοσο τελικά. Επίσης η μπριζόλα δεν ήταν καλα κομμένη και χρειάστηκε να την καθαρίσω μόνος για να βγάλω όλους τους κρυφούς θησαυρούς της.

Δεν έμεινα ευχαριστημένος αν και ψιλό εχει κοσμο που επιλέγει το κατάστημα αυτο.

Ίσως να το ξανα επισκεφτώ το κατάστημα να δοκιμάσω κι αλλα αλλα για special meat θα επιλεγω κάποιο αλλο κατάστημα.
