Piccolo — Restaurant in Ithaca Municipality

The food was really nice, however, the service from our waitress was terrible, she walked away halfway through ordering, she rolled her eyes when we asked for butter, she shoved the food on the table and seemed annoyed every time we said anything. We were also celebrating a birthday and she knew of this as we had cards and presents on the table, but still acted this way. We moved two of the tables so we could all sit together, so this may have been the issue, however it wasn’t a problem when other people did it. Lovely place for drinks, with a nice view over the harbour. Had a fantastic banana smoothie (with honey and walnuts) which was thick, not too sweet, and very satisfying. Also had some really nice cocktails on...

Πραγματικά όμορφο σημείο δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Ωστόσο, η εξυπηρέτηση δε συνάδει με τις υψηλές αξιολογήσεις που μας οδήγησαν να το επιλέξουμε. Αρνήθηκαν να μας σερβίρουν club sandwich - που έτρωγαν στο διπλανό τραπεζι- «επειδή θα αργούσαν στην κουζινα»… ήταν πρωί γύρω στις 10 και είχε λίγο κόσμο… τα παιδιά πήραν pancakes και τοστ με χυμό… υπήρχε μια χαρτοπετσέτα μόνο που συνόδευε τα pancakes… καμία άλλη, ζητήσαμε να μας φέρουν… τέλος μας μάζεψαν τα πιάτα και μας έφεραν τον λογαριασμό μετά, χωρίς να το ζητήσουμε, ουσιαστικά δηλώνοντας πως πρέπει να φεύγουμε!
